The hotel was okay for a short stay. The room was clean, but the facilities felt a bit outdated. Staff were polite, though service could be faster. It met basic expectations, but there’s room for improvement.

I had a wonderful stay at your hotel. The staff were amazing, very welcoming and helpful. The facilities are great, the bed was very comfortable, and the room itself was excellent. I also really enjoyed the swimming pool, which was very well maintained. The only issue I faced was the presence of small cockroaches in the room. I believe this is something that can be solved , as everything else about my stay was truly enjoyable

First visit to Clark Hilton and our stay exceeded expectations in every way. Staff are all very courteous and professional - outstanding welcome and solicitous care throughout. All are great and special thanks to those who helped with luggage, taking photos and looking after us. We received a lovely free birthday cake and Mr Ed of the Olive Resto helped us with packing it as it was really too generous to eat in one go. Also receptionist Mariz very hospitable and made us feel really welcome explaining everything. Our room was upgraded to balcony view. It is a lovely restful place to spend time, with great views, food and a superb swimming pool with little casitas attached. Highly recommended - the best hotel in Clark we have visited so far.

Pokój jest ogólnie czysty i wygodny, jednak niektóre elementy wyposażenia wymagają wymiany personel poważnie podchodzi do swojej obsługi. Posiłki w restauracji są różnorodne i dobrze smakują, a wyposażenie hotelu jest kompletne, ogólne wrażenia z pobytu były świetne.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 – Great Stay at Park Inn Clark! We stayed overnight at Park Inn Clark as a group of two, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained—exactly what you’d expect from a hotel of this standard. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the location is especially convenient if you’re attending events in the area. One thing that could be improved is the check-in process. Since our stay coincided with a peak period due to conferences, the front desk seemed a bit overwhelmed. It would help if the hotel could streamline room assignments in advance during busy seasons to ensure a smoother, faster check-in for all guests. Despite that, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose Park Inn Clark again. Highly recommended!

Located near the red light district, not a bad thing if that's what you like. There is a large mall @ 5 minute walk away, easy to find. Front staff/doorman were excellent. The restaurant was average at best. Much better food outside the hotel. Went to Tequila grill several times, ordered Grab to the hotel as well. Very convenient. Overall a pretty good hotel for the price. Great swimming pool, although it rained the entire week, it is still a good looking pool. I would stay here again, the balcony rooms are worth the price, can sit outside and drink/smoke while looking out over the city.

Very Very Limited Breakfast and Pool Water Irritated My Eyes. Our stay was nothing special. The front desk receptionists were just okay. But two things bothered us. First, breakfast was very disappointing. The carbohydrate option was limited to just one hot carb. It was fried noodles on the first day and fried rice on the second day. Coffee was the only hot beverage. No tea. Second, the pool water really irritated my eyes. After swimming, my eyes got red and uncomfortable. I saw the cleaner using strong chemical solution on the poolside deck, and that liquid drained right into the pool's water return system. That cannot be safe.

This is the 2nd time I booked my stay at Prime Asia Hotel and they are consistent - clean rooms and a comfortable place to stay indeed. You get your money’s worth. I know that for every visit I will be doing in Pampanga, I will book my hotel here and I would recommend this to my relatives and friends. One thing I appreciate is the guards check and confirm what room the guests go to. They call the room and confirm if we expect a visitor. Even as they leave, they confirm it. I chose this hotel as one of the amenities mentioned a sauna. Apparently, they don't have a sauna amenity-- but a room that has a sauna. That is awfully misleading. As soon as we checked in, I was already disappointed. While it is new and recently renovated, I find the various elements of the room overdesigned and not very user-friendly. The peephole on the door was too high for either of us to reach. It also didn't have a cover (security risk). It might’ve been 6 feet. The chair and desk was not very ergonomic, the table was too high and the chair low. I dunno, seems like they designed the room for big people and I’m just a hobbit in a human world. The tables’ glass tops easily slides off because it doesn't have rubber feet to keep it in place. The sliding doors of the closet could easily overlap that it’d be hard to pull them to close properly. The bathroom door was unnecessarily huge. The bathtub setup is not very accessible, it’s setup way too high that you literally need a foot stool (that they have ready) to climb on. Needing a footstool and a handle is very accident-prone (the room we got was not senior/PWD-friendly, or even for someone with injuries). Even as an able-bodied person, it feel like one wrong slip on the stool can have disastrous consequences. The tub drain can easily be stepped on and then it closes, weird. The staff were nice and friendly but it was odd that they didn’t seem too aware about various hotel policies and rules or even amenities when asked about: whether the sauna was an amenity, if asking for a bottled water was paid, if getting something printed at the front desk would be paid, or when the lights would turn on when the power went out. Speaking of the power going out, it took more than 5 minutes, perhaps even up to 10, for the generator to kick in or maybe it was the actual power coming back already--not sure. But there was absolutely no care to its customers about the power outage that we were just in the room waiting for the lights to come on… It was never spoken about when we checked out the next day. No one checked on us after the lights came back on either. We had to find the number to call the front desk as the phone needs power to work and the number on the keycard doesn't work. Only one guy in the restaurant seemed to be on top of things during breakfast. Also seemed like they used powdered pineapple juice. But hey, the bed was really comfy, everything was new and clean. The room was also spacious.

Miałem wspaniałe doświadczenie w tym hotelu. Personel był wyjątkowo przyjazny i troskliwy, dzięki czemu czułem się mile widziany od momentu przyjazdu. Pokoje były nieskazitelnie czyste, dobrze wyposażone i oferowały wszystkie udogodnienia potrzebne do relaksującego pobytu. Jedynym minusem jest lokalizacja – jest nieco oddalona od głównych atrakcji i wymaga dłuższego czasu podróży. Chociaż może to nie być idealne rozwiązanie dla osób, które chcą być w samym sercu miasta, jakość samego hotelu z nawiązką to rekompensuje.
