Hotele z parkingiem w: Hue

The hotel is not in the city centre, but that's why we choose it ..... for the tranquility and the quite environment. The establishment is impeccable, we pay around HK$8xx, and have to admit this is very good value (even considering not much facilities). The restaurant team are awesome, very attentive, eagar to assist in a warm and welcoming manner. We went for breadfast daily, and from the second day, they remember our breakfast drink! The spa, much room for improvement...... considering the price, really would not expect ”smelly” bath robe (the price is around 2 to 3 times the price one pay at a spa parlour locally). During my stay, the hotel is under a planned renovation construction (we were told) - work is going on even over the weekends, that was very unfortunate. Especially we are looking for a quite hotel! I really think they should state at the booking portal and let people know! The most disappointing part is, the reception team were recommending car service to us (for our return trip to Danang). The original price quote was US$92. We booked. On the departure day, we were asked to pay, the bill was shown in VND (local currency) and I noticed there are service charge and tax applied. So I ask if the US$92 included the service charge and tax. The reception gentleman was slight agitated and say something like ”every body knows service charge and tax are applied to bills in Vietnam”. We were then checking the bill and tried to figure out if the US$92 were inclusive of the service charge and tax. While we were doing that, the reception gentleman told us, yes, the US$92 were already including the the service charge and tax. We were a bit itimidated then, and not wanting to further ruin our holiday mood, so we paid and leave. The car trip was very pleasant and the driver was very polite and attentive. When we are home, we check the bill again, and find out, we paid around US$112 for the trip. (ie, the originally quote price US$92 is not inclusive of service and tax. More so, the reception gentleman that explained the price to us, was either uncompetent or dishonest!

We booked a 3 days 2 nights stay in a two-bedroom Lagoon View Villa,and it was incredibly spacious and comfortable. A special thank you to Ms. Nhi for her warm hospitality and for surprising me with a beautiful birthday cake. She also generously shared a potent,fresh ginger welcome drink that actually cured my sister’s cough. I highly recommend the spa; I had a Vietnamese massage with cupping that was professional and deeply relaxing. Dinner at Horizon Restaurant was scrumptious, with fresh flavors and a lovely atmosphere overlooking the lagoon. The hotel makes exploring very easy by offering a free shuttle to Hue City. We took advantage of this for a half-day trip which is very convenient.

From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive staff, who made me feel at home immediately. The accommodation was spotless, elegant, and very comfortable. The room was beautifully designed with great attention to detail, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere after a long day of sightseeing. Everything was well-maintained, and the bed was extremely comfortable. What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service and genuine hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to assist with transportation arrangements, local recommendations, and every request I had — always with a smile and sincere kindness. Their helpfulness made my trip in Hue smooth, stress-free, and truly memorable. We had a wonderful vacation in Banyan Tree. The service here is really on another level compared to other 5 star hotels as you are assigned a Villa host who takes care of you during your stay. Our host, Man, was very friendly and very helpful, going as far as to go to some shops to get our daughter some writing supplies so she could do her homework. The villa is nice and it was great to lounge in our private pool. The beach is also private and quiet. The hotel facilities are shared with the sister hotel Angsana which you can travel between with the buggy. The hotels kids club is a little far, closer to the golf so you cannot walk there however the kids club staff are very good with kids. Overall we had a great stay.

Wybraliśmy ten hotel na podstawie opinii i mieliśmy rację! Jest mały, ale bardzo przytulny. Lokalizacja jest znakomita – centralnie położony, przy małej bocznej uliczce odchodzącej od Walking Street, z mnóstwem kawiarni i restauracji w pobliżu. Śniadanie jest a la carte, ale zróżnicowane i pyszne, zwłaszcza naleśniki z miodem i czekoladą! Personel mówi po angielsku i jest bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny. Rozmowa była przyjemnością. Zatrzymaliśmy się na jedną noc, ale chętnie zatrzymamy się ponownie. Gorąco polecam!

Miałem najbardziej niesamowite pobyt w Angsana Resort i nie mogę go polecić wystarczająco. Sama kurort jest niesamowity, z pięknymi otoczeniami, wygodnymi pokojami i doskonałymi udogodnieniami, ale to, co naprawdę sprawia, że jest wyjątkowy, to ludzie, którzy tam pracują. Od chwili przybycia, zostałem powitany z prawdziwą ciepłem i gościnnością. Stał się ponad i poza każdym interakcją – zawsze uśmiechać, zawsze uprzejmie, i zawsze gotowy do pomocy z wszystkim, co potrzebowałem. Czy to było na recepcji, w restauracjach, przy basenie, czy nawet w zespole domowym, wszyscy pokazują taką troskę i uwagę na szczegóły, które sprawiły, że czuję się całkowicie w domu. Najbardziej mnie to wrażliwe, że nie chodziło tylko o dobrą obsługę – czuł się szczery. Zespół naprawdę dumny jest w sprawianiu, że goście są szczęśliwi, i można poczuć, że w małych rzeczach, takich jak zapamiętanie preferencji, przywitanie się z nazwiskiem lub sprawdzanie, czy cieszysz się pobytem. To ten poziom przyjaźni i profesjonalizmu tworzy tak ciepłą atmosferę w kurorcie. Angsana Resort to nie tylko miejsce do relaksu, to miejsce, gdzie naprawdę się o ciebie troszczy. Dziękuję wszystkim wspaniałym pracownikom za sprawę, że mój pobyt niezapomniany – Z pewnością wrócę i polecam to ośrodek wszystkim, których znam.

This hotel have very nice location. Everywhere are so close to explore, restaurant, cafe, etc. so close around the hotel. Every staff are so friendly even some of them can’t speak English but the hospitality is 10/10 !! Ps. For me, the bin in the room is kind of so small until we thought it a toy 😹

We stayed just one night in Hue. The hotel was fantastic, with a really nice swimming pool. Very clean and tidy rooms and excellent breakfast. I really recommend the hotel. Also they have nice restaurant just next to the hotel if you are looking for good Vietnamese food. Extra point: I forgot some stuff in the hotel and they managed to send it to me from Hue to Da Nang in less than 24h. This is not related to the hotel accommodations, but I really appreciate what they did.

The location and the service is good but the room is old. The gym also is small and the equipment is old, the swimming pool also small and looks dirty. We stayed 5 days but the breakfast provide the same for 5 days, easy to get boring. The noise cancelling in the room is bad, i can hear from outside clearly. Everything in the room is suck especially the bathroom. However, highly for the service and staffs there.

We booked rooms for 1 night only, but faced multiple problems. 1. They rent bikes till midnight only! But nobody told us that information. And the next day in the early morning (7.40 am) I got a message from a reception with ”if you keep bikes now we are going to charge you for one more day”. Day before I asked at reception ”should we bring bikes back before chekout” and answer was OK! So remember that you have to bring it till midnight, if you rent for 1 day only. Otherwise they tell you that you rent for more than 1 day! And probably no one is going to say you this information before. 2. I paid all the prices online, but at checkout they asked me to pay by cash... So actually it was kinda annoying, cause we waited for a taxi, but i had to explain that I already paid online. 3. So there were few little mistakes/misunderstandings. For example my friends ordered breakfast while check-in, but tomorrow morning stuff said ”you didn't order breakfast” and stuff like that. Small problems, but it was a lot of them But my room was nice, clean and with a perfect view. The area is quiet and calm, but not much food around, you have to drive/walk for it.
