Great apartment, had everything we needed and was in a great location for accessing the CBD. Pre authorisation has taken almost a month to be returned for which lets the hotel down, although would not let this put you off as everything else is great!

We stayed for 6 nights. Bed was comfortable and room was well, equipped and clean. Everything in walking distance and you can take plastic plates and cutlery from Reception if needed. We received new towels and shampoo every day but nobody cleaned the floor or the bathroom during our stay.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this place. Reception is ready to serve from 8 to almost 10 pm and everyone speaks English and mandarin. Car parks are always available. The place is right besides a main road so very convenient for almost any destinations. Royal park and princess park is just a few minutes away. I actually went jogging for two straight days.
Again, very nice place. The only small obstacle is that if you don’t have car and will be limited by public transportation, might not feel so happy, especially when raining.

We stayed overnight as we were doing a two day trip to the zoo, so location was perfect. The room was exactly as shown online, it was very clean and comfortable. The staff were lovely, we had an enjoyable stay and would stay here again 😊

I find it very good value for money, the staff are friendly and accommodating. The rooms are set up nicely, clean and comfy bed. I am a frequent client here. The location is great, central between the city and airport. You can park your car for free without additional costs. Can highly recommend
