We stay at the Rose Park frequently as we just love the location, nice staff, relaxed atmosphere and it's 'easy'. The rooms suit what we need and like and the parking is a bonus. Thank you, we will be back yet again. :)

Room was not ready on arrival at 4pm. Front desk staff didn’t seem to apologetic or concerned. Bar staff were nicer to deal with
Room was comfortable and good size. Close to city but not too busy area.

From check in to check out everyone I dealt with was so polite and helpful! The Duty Manager Lucas was so accommodating when I requested to extend my stay due to family circumstances. The buffet breakfast was a delicious spread of all things breakfast! Room service was fast and the food arrived hot! The location is perfect to all Auckland City amenities. And the Rose Gardens across the road are a perfect morning stroll.

There were a few bad things about our stay here, when we needed to shower the morning we checked out there was no hot water, thinking it needed time to warm up so we left it running and still nothing. Our room had a door connecting us to the room next to us and it was unlocked and there were people staying in there so not very secure.

該酒店所處位置環境清凈，旁邊有一處玫瑰花園，酒店內部停車位足夠也很方便，酒店的早餐算是雖然中規中矩，但還可以。地面樓層的房間走廊過道灰塵與落葉幾天都沒有見清掃，所住的房間後門通往露台過道的門不能正常反鎖，前台個別職員的主動服務意識有待加強
The hotel is located in a clean environment, there is a rose garden next to it, the hotel has enough parking space and is convenient, and the breakfast in the hotel is decent, but it is OK. The dust and fallen leaves in the corridor of the room on the ground floor have not been cleaned for several days, and the door leading to the balcony corridor at the back door of the room where they live cannot be locked normally, and the active service awareness of individual staff at the front desk needs to be strengthened.

非常失望。最後一天退房的早上大概9.30分的時候，有一個男性工作人員把我們的門打開了，當時我剛洗完澡出來，還好穿着衣服。他看到之後馬上把門關上，我就追上去問他在幹什麼！他給我道歉了。説實話我沒打算追究，退房的時候前台問我住的怎麼樣，我就把這個事情説了，我説你最好轉告給你們的經理。我想着這事兒就算了我也要去趕飛機。結果在我和前台一位女生説話的時候另一位男工作人員過來插嘴，説 我們很抱歉但是我們做不了什麼（im sorry but there’s nothing we can do）。？？？？這就是你們的態度？我沒有要求你們做什麼，但是要是很好態度道歉我也不會追究什麼。 他就一直在強調我們做不了什麼 而且道歉的話衹是一帶而過！ 反正非常差的服務！不推薦各位再來！

Die Lage des Hotels ist direkt am Rose Park. Sehr schöner Rosengarten mit sehr exotischen Bäumen und tollen Blick auf den Hafen und auf die Downtown.
Das Hotel ist prima und es gab keinen Grund zu Beanstandungen. Sehr viele Parkplätze vorhanden. Zu Fuß in die City eine halbe Stunde.

房間、床都比較大，乾淨衞生，酒店有不少免費停車位，酒店在海邊，對面有一個玫瑰園。不足之處，洗手盆下水很慢，我們住的房間靠馬路一邊，離海也很近。晚上安靜時段聽得見車和風的聲音，尤其是風的聲音比較大。
