The room, location etc was all fantastic for a business stay. The pub adjoined to the hotel offered good meals for dinner. The only negative is that the showers / bathroom could have been cleaned more thoroughly with an anti mould type product.

Rooms are good size. Unfortunately when I checked in, near the dining table was not vacuumed, crumbs all over that corner. Trash can foot petal was half broken, making it hard to open and close the bin. (I had to fix this myself)
Asked reception for fresh towels & a toilet roll they said they’d organise for housekeeping to drop off fresh towels, left the hotel came back 3 hrs later and still no towels were placed in my room.
When I asked for fresh towels downstairs, felt like I was being a burden…
For the price I paid, I expected more.

Loved the location. With the Light Rail system completion nx year, it can only get better. Easy accessibility. Walking distance to Westfield and restaurants.

Great location excellent customer service clean and spacious rooms-we stayed in the two bedroom apar**ent was very reasonably priced and the apar**ent was gorgeous close to everything. 2 reasonably sized bedroom’s with large kitchen lounge area modern new and clean within easy walk of the river and shops. The bistro next door had great food, we will be back

Great for concerts I stayed here for kiss and it was only a $20 Uber ride (don’t take a taxi!) rooms were big but a-few complaints: Slamming doors kept waking me up Couldn’t mirror my phone to the tv like most hotels I’ve stayed at the tv is ancient not a smart tv so I had to watch my iPad Bed was two singles put together No radio so I didn’t know the time at night or tissues it’s the small touches like that that matter But I’d stay again for a concert much quicker to get home

Amazing location so many eateries walking distance. Great clean modern suites with all amenities including dishwasher and washing machine. Loads of space with a neat kitchenette and cupboard space. Comfortable clean big bed. My room was an end room without a balcony with multiple doors just outside my door which closed loudly a lot. Only room complaint is that you can’t see the TV from the bed.
