Excellent service, immaculate and clean. Breakfast was wonderful will plenty of choices. Staff were always willing to help and very friendly and welcoming. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Would definitely stay again

The staff was very helpful. The entire hotel is very clean and the room we had was comfortable and large. The location is easy to access if you have a car. It is a little bit away from the town center but there are shops and restaurants close by to get essentials.

Modern hotel with a very friendly English speaking staff! Conveniently located next to a McDonald's and Esso station as well as and Aldi across the street. 6km to Hohenfels gate 5. Heating is controlled by the staff; although initially to hot for me, they did turn it down and offered a fan. I would definitely return to this property!

Super nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, dass uns und unsere 2 Katzen bei der Auswanderung unterstützte. Es wurde geholfen wo man konnte, bei der Reinigung des Zimmers auf die Katzen acht gegeben und wirklich jedem Wunsch nachgekommen. Als kleinen Bonus gab es obendrauf noch ein reichhaltiges und abwechslungsreiches Frühstücksbuffet. Sollten wir wieder mal nach Deutschland kommen, dann kommen wir gerne wieder!

Im Rahmen eines BRK-Seminars wurde ich hier in einem Einzelzimmer untergebracht. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und geräumig, das Bett bequem. Ein Kühlschrank und ein Schreibtisch waren vorhanden, ebenso ein Fernseher. Im Geräumigen Bad gab es eine barrierefreie Dusche - der ich persönlich noch eine Duschtür gönnen würde, damit nach dem Duschen nicht das halbe Badezimmer nass ist. Es gab ein schönes Frühstücksbuffet im Untergeschoss mit reichlich Auswahl. Das Personal war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Es gibt einige Sitzecken innen und außen, wo man sich mit Kollegen noch zum Austausch treffen und gemütlich sitzen kann. Aus meiner Sicht sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir waren mit 12 Personen auf einer Radtour unterwegs. Sehr schönes Hotel, Zimmer sauber und komfortabel, schönes und großes Bad. Zum Frühstück war alles da, um einen neuen Tag gut zu beginnen. Der Chef war sehr hilfreich und hat uns zu einem Restaurant im Ort gefahren und abgeholt. Alles sehr empfehlenswert. Ein gutes Hotel mit super persönlichen Service.
