Worst experience ever due to these reasons:
-asking for a proof that we are real cousins of my company due to this “married only policy thing”😂 (they should have added it to their ads first but still ridiculous policy
-cockroaches everywhere!!!
-huge deposit P1.2k for a filthy place
-no secure lock
-air condition not cleaned for years😂
-filthy bathroom

It's like Joe's apartment, cockroach, cockroach, cockroach and more cockroach, i think the cockroaches feel sad and wants to come home with me since they ar eager to get inside my bag. I complained about the cockroach and the receptionis was happy to hand me a bug spray, no joke, she gave me a china brand bug spray that how many time i sprayed on the dammed cockroaches, it seems like they feel they are just getting a foam bath.
Also, you trick me Trip.com!!! the pics on the profile is not the same, there are no wallpaper on the walls, its just a wall with running cockroaches!!!!

Poor customer service as shown in the picture, absence of front desk office. It's not 24 hours they are clients na di rin makapasok/makalabas kasi nakakandado ba naman.

No late check in after midnight even though a special request was made during the booking.
During email conversation, I was asking for mobile number of the property to at least ralk to someone but none was given. I stayed 8am to 12noon only as no late check in after midnight. Bad experience+

I'm very disappointed...the room is very different in the picture...the room is very small and dirty... the pillow have bad smell. worst thing that we only stayed for an hour only and we decided to booked for another hotel because their are small cockroach crawling on bed, on the wall and on the small table... we booked Oct. 26-29, 2023 sad to say because we stayed only for an hour we didn't get our money back for the date ( oct 27-29, 2023) that we did not stayed

Just want to be honest with the experience we had staying in the hotel. The room have bad odor, too smelly same with the bed sheet and pillows that they used it seems not washed well and the bed is wet and no one assist us. I was not able to sleep and just wait till morning to check out. Poor customer service. They locked the main door of the hotel though they dont have guards to open it in case of emergency. No managers to assist us on our concerns. Will definitely not recommend and does not want to go back.
