Sameer is a amazing person at front reception Service is quite perfect Thanks ginger pata for a great hospitality Location is very good and hardly 900m from Patna junction Food is also good Wi-Fi speed is too cool Now my feedback is completed in 4-5 line but have to complete 200 words (Tripadvisor)

The room service and Maintenance is really great, Upendra Kumar Ojha, Eng Supervisor and Team did a great job.They provided all facilities right on time.

The service is very good with pleasant stay experience. Mr.Vikram is very cooperative in the dinning. Food quality is good with fresh juices and live counter too.

Amazing location for the hitel near by city centre. Very friendly staff especially Vikram in the restaurant and frint office desk is absolutely amazing

Nice hotel with great ambience and restaurants. Staffs are very friendly, specially I met a guy Mr. Vikram Kumar at ginger restaurant, he is very friendly, well ***nered and cooperative. Overall a great experience.

A very good family stay option in patna. Convenient for all major location in patna city. Service and hospitality is excellent. Vikram kumar - the steward served us well during our stay.

I was there in the hotel for meeting and service was too good the staff were good and the most important there behaviour was awesome. Overall I found the hotel a good stay option in Patna from the side of location and from the side of nearest station airport.
