Somerset Pattaya

Got a nice birthday surprise. Staff delivered a cake to my room, lit candles and sang happy birthday. All other staff encountered were helpful and friendly. Room was spacious and comfortable.

Had a wonderful stay at Somerset Pattaya! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A special thank you to the team for preparing a beautiful birthday cake and lovely decorations for us. It was such a thoughtful surprise and made the birthday celebration extra special. We truly appreciate the effort and attention to detail. Thank you, Somerset Pattaya, for making our stay so memorable. We’ll definitely be happy to come back again! ❤️

2nd time stay this hotel. 1st time is everything good. But this time..... Reach hotel at night. Been told cant be same floor with my friend. And we book 1 person 1 room yet I get 2 single bed for the room. Ask to change but been told there is no room cannot change. 2nd day told us they try to call us in the room to change room but just nice 1 am at toliet unable tk pick up. Didn't try again or send someone to ask us. And told us this so I ask so we can change. Again told us no room again. Why the staff don't want do extra miles effort to come up to our room to ask. This is the sad part.

Our daughter loved it as much as we did. Its location is great, the rooms are well decorated, the biggest fun were the swimming pools

The drinks and the food and the pool with the amazing views. Plus all the staff are very friendly

The location is quite good, close to a shopping mall just across the street. Most of the common areas might seem a bit run-down, but the room itself is quite spacious and well-equipped.

Hello, I enjoyed my stay. The hotel is very clean and quite new. The staff is extremely helpful; I give them ten out of ten for that. Unfortunately, breakfast isn't for me as it's the same food every day. The only problem is that there's a motorcycle mafia in front of the hotel who interfere every time you use the bikes! And the hotel staff just stands by and watches... private motorcycle taxi drivers who don't want you using the bikes come and tell you to get off. I've never experienced anything like that in Thailand.

Great location for the hotel, close to beach. Cleaningness in the room is not good at all, floor is sticky , mirror is always dirty few days, also didnt clean detaily in the hotel room . Face to the night market side is very noisy at the evening That’s why they provide ear plugs in the room. Asking for bottle water said could only give 2 , but we are 6 people in total , not good service at all . Breakfast is boring everyday is the same same same food !
