this is a strange experience. during check-in , i was informed of a free upgrade. there's a welcoming cake for my husband, however, the whole room with the bath tub next to the bed, plus transparent glass wall for the stand up bathing area and toilet is very strange. we cannot open the room door for room service if anyone is inside the bath tub, bathing area or even in the toilet. no couple would like to see each other when during toilet time, right. also , i have requested for two bottles of water at 10:30 p.m., called for customer services for twice to hurry the bottle as the kid is about to go asleep. and then no response.. and then the two bottles arrived at midnight 00:30, two hours later. first they rang the bell, then called upon the room to say "open the door". it seems there's no proper management of the hotel. the location and hardwares are so great, its just a waste if the management is not doing great. during check in is also an experience. the manager sounds a bit strange. .and it seems the information is not clear enough. i have my first night staying here and then the next night i moved to space hotel. its just a total big difference and comparison between the two. its the information wise, helpfulness an d professionalism that makes a big difference between the two hotels. its need for better staff training for standard procedures and catering all sorts of different situations. e.g. when they bring the welcoming cake, there's someone behind following with other stuff, but thats not for our room. it will cause confusion. also they rang another time bell.. also another staff with other food queuing behind.. but just for the fork and knife.. you just felel the hotel is so new that the people there are not well trained.
