beautiful apartment! checking in was weird, but it was a great location and it felt very safe.

No curtain to give privacy from the dozens of condos just across, and broken door handle. Completely unsafe so I didn’t stay, and yet they refused to refund me. AVOID THIS TRASH SPOT.

The cleaning staff responded quickly to my concerns about a sandy couch although for for towel changing you need to pay. Location is good, be sure to have s working # to call the landlord at the gate.

Sorry to say, it was awful the choice I had made. I don’t mind old houses but at least with good maintenance. Not enough lighting cause two lamps were burned, from the living room. The garbage box was still dirty despite had a plastic bag before it. The laundry machine was too old and damaged. The hanger was also damaged and left it on the balcony like garbage and I try to recover it. I found, should be there long time, two cigarettes butts over the laundry area. No Wai I will recommend to anyone

Nice hotel

Check-in procedures were difficult and confusing. First of all, there was nobody at the apartment to help us . Secondly the guy who was supposed to handle this matter was driving on the road. He refused to stop driving to help with the check-in process. Since we did not have the local telephone calling card, we could not call him for help and had the borrow a cell phone from the security guard. The staff used WeChat for communication which was not so popular until you were a Chinese. The entry lock was an old fashion lock which used a physical key for operation. We had to find the key through a few steps like treasure hunting. It could have been much easier if the lock is an electronic lock operated with password or PIN. When we booked the room, it was not mentioned that it was actually an Airbnb. There was no services at all and no daily cleaning. I could have find a better real hotel at a lower price if I knew it was not a hotel.
