A-One New Wing Hotel

Such a big hotel. Breakfast is just normal. Location is quite good, walking distance to the beach. However, I asked for room cleaning next day, they just cleaned the room without replenishing amenities..

...check the map. the new wing is in the rear of the "boats" hotels. entrance by soi 2 or 3.... they share the restaurant and the SMALL pool , with 4 buildings and the FAT coco seafood club on beach road. it won't be enough for all the residents in high season. From A-one new wing, you will need to cross 2 hotels and change levels 5 or 6 times to reach the restaurant or the pool (it's a maze)... beside that, the rooms are clean , quiet and comfortable. the staff is professional. concerning the breakfast, 500tbh (100rmb) is a shame. even if the breakfast is complete. you can eat outside for this price, a continental or american breakfast will cost you half..

Hotel has good ambience and is well managed. Child breakfast is chargeable but breakfast is nice. Good location.

The room is clean and average sized, sound insulation is not poor, got weaken up by people above ********** at 3 am when street noises were also loud. But the most upsetting and infuriating incidence was about return of 2 borrowed beach towels. The towels were returned, but I forgot my room number, nut was assured by a man receiving the towel that there would be no problem. To be sure, I found my correct room number from front desk and returned to the towel desk which is in a another building and told the room number to a receptionist on duty who wrote something down and told me that everything was fine. Long story short, when I went to check out 2 days later, I was told that I never returned the towel and was not allowed to leave. I had a taxi waiting for me to go to the airport. I told the front desk people what happened about the towel and was not believed. I had to explain again and again and asked them to check the security surveillance camera and check my luggage for the allegedly missing used, old, worn and dirty towels. I was finally let go after over 20 agonizing and torturous minutes. ***! I never had such meticulous experience anywhere else. Customer service sucks big time!

The hotel is shaped like a boat and rooms are designed accordingly. Very nice and accommodating as well as a pleasant staff. Great pool area and nice gym.

Top location. Very professional and polite staff. The pool is small and can get crowded and laud at a time. The sauna is not free for the hotel guest ( 200 THB). They charge you a deposit of 3000 THB. Beakfast should be improven in variety.
