The service was excellent and they really friendly
This place really beautiful
The food is good ,and I will come back here again when I travel to Thailand next time 😉

Staff are very friendly and helpful. The seaview from the pool and room is beautiful. Hotel itself, location and food are fine. Overall we only had a ‘ok’ vacation staying at The Cape Dara. We requested to change to another room during our 4 nights stay because of the noise and room system issues. And the second room air conditioner was out of control, we blocked the wind using towels and plastic bags. We did not bother to change the room again.

Paid ＞$1500 Australian dollars for 2 nights for 2 rooms. Second night I wanted to get 1 extra roll away bed/ club lounge access. Receptionist said I could pay on checkout for roll away bed/ club lounge access which was approx $110 aud. When I went to club lounge with my family the worker in lounge- Ledwa kept on saying I need to pay first very loudly and I was embarrassed and humiliated in front of other guests as I didn’t have my wallet with me. I told her receptionist told me I can pay in check out. They didn’t check with the receptionist or manager but kept on telling me I need to pay first before I use the lounge room. I went to reception paid and I didn’t go back to lounge again. I was embarrassed and my family was embarrassed in front of others. It’s a 5 star hotel but they treated us like we will eat and run away. It ruined our night..
