Rooms are super old and run down. Air conditioning not cold at all and stuffy rooms.
Only thing great is it's near to the beach, but there are many other hotels nearby.
100% would not recommend staying in future.

Very good location, right across from the beach road.. the hotel is new or recently renovated, all in all clean and neat.. rooms a bit small, but great for the price point..

The Hotel is nice, could use a bit more sound insulation I can hear people from other rooms talking. The front desk staff are very nice and helpful and informative. Overall, it was a good stay.

Very old, small room, smelly towels, unstable Wi-Fi. They have a pool, though, location is directly on the beach. No convenience store nearby, no foods/drinks in the hotel.

This is a small hotel of a good location. Beach is just cross the road. In the morning, you can buy fresh fish from fisherman and observe their business activities. Room is clean. Reception counter is friendly, helpful and polite. You can take Baht bus and stop in front of this hotel. You can also take Baht bus outside this hotel to go to downtown Pattaya. Room is not large but good enough. Air conditioner is quiet and comfortable, Set breakfast is very ordinary level.

Old building, the atmosphere within the hotel is dull. Fridge in the room is old and not clean. There was no toothbrush and toothpaste available in the room. The most important, room is not sound-proof, you could hear people talking, walking from the staircase and hallway all night and early morning.
Nevertheless, the location is perfect, just cross the street and you are at beach.
