Its ok for 1 night stay if you just want to sleep there

Very convenient location between beach and second road. Also, close to many shopping areas and drinking bars. Clean and large but very basic rooms. Bed not very comfortable. Reception closes at 10pm, so if you have a late night flight, you have to pre-arrange.

One of the largest rooms in Pattaya. Good price, especially by Trip. Location is amazing, don't need a bike if stay here, songtoew in both way just 1min away!🥳 🤗😁 Clean room, big room, big shower and WC, have a balcony 😁🤗, new and strong Aircon, large and strong fridge (my beverage get frozen ❄️😂), good WiFi. why then just almost perfect? because of the bad doors 😢😒 On the owner on the hotel: please fix the doors and make a Noise insulation! big problem: wooden door, doors clamp/jam and you have to SLAM it 3-5x until it close, large empty hallway transport and increase the noise. You hear everything what's going on on the hallway. Especially in the morning, about 5-8 am I woke up 2-4x because someone slammed his door. I love my sleep, I need my beauty sleep 😁😁. please fix it. how: fix the doors for they close easy without slamming them 4x. soundproof the doors, put a carpet in the hallway...

Lady in reception, laundry maid, housekeeper maid very friendly and only too happy to please and make my stay enjoyable. The smoking balcony was excellent, air con, fridge, room safe, T.V with English movie channel all worked well, the daily supply of 2 bottles of water, head and shoulders shampoo x 2 & soap X2 is a good service, the on site laundry service is great . will definitely re book here in any future trip to Pattaya

Noisy air con and uncomfortable bed, close to beach and main street. Market next door with an aeroplane parked in the middle

Overall living standard is good. Near to beach . But little far almost 1.5 km away from walking street. But you can enjoy to walk on beach towards going to walking street .

Pros The location is so good Soi 5 is so close and accessible to almost everything. The rent is cheap Room service and cleaning was so good and the worker did some hard work each time. Daily water and some utilities were provided to your doorstep. Cons Main con is the lack of an elevator.. it’s really difficult to walk up the stairs especially if your room is in 4th or 5th floor. The building is old and the facilities are bit outdated. For instance the old boxed television, the old curtains, etc (but its a budget accommodation) The main thing i want to mention is the very poor aircon, no remote was provided and had no specific temperature setting (even though a controller kind of thing is there, i don’t think it’s working) Sometimes it will cool too much in the midnight so you have to wake up and turn it off, and i was literally coughing a lot when the aircon is on (Never happened before, i think the filter is not clean or something) anyway its a personal thing so leave it. The room is just alright and not very attractive and is old fashioned. Another main con is the bed which felt like a solid thing with a small cushion on the top (not very comfy) Among my two week stay, two days the motor was complaint and so there was no water available but it’s understandable. Overall I prefer to stay in a different accommodation, especially because of things like lift, aircon, bed, old room with poor ambience etc But i am not forgetting the fact that its a budget accommodation. But i prefer to pay slightly more to get a better accommodation as there are lots of accommodations available at reasonable prices in pattaya. Thanks

The service was good, however i didnt appreciate the way they spoke to my girlfriend when i inadvertantly left the air conditioner on in my room?? How did i leave it on well this is the only hotel i have stayed in, in Thailand that dosent require you to put your key in a slot in the wall to turn all the power on.

เป็นอพาร์ทเม้นท์เก่าที่สร้างหลายปีแล้ว ไม่มีลิฟท์ ตั้งอยู่ในทำเลที่ดีมาก จะมีเจ้าหน้าที่รับเช็คอินท์อยู่ให้บริการถึงแค่ 22.00 น. บรรยากาศภายในก็เหมือนอพาร์ทเม้นท์ทั่วไป สะอาดและค่อนข้างสงบ ตอนกลางคืนมีเสียงดนตรีจากด้านนอกแทรกมา แต่ไม่ดังมาก คนหลับยากยังสามารถหลับได้สบาย ห้องมาตรฐานเตียงใหญ่(ชั้นบน) จะได้พักห้องชั้น 4 มีระเบียงด้านหลังทุกห้อง เครื่องปรับอากาศที่นี่เป็นรุ่นเก่า แต่สามารถใช้งานได้ดีเมื่อปรับอุณหภูมิต่ำๆ(ครั้งแรกจะใช้เวลารอหน่อย) สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกอื่นๆ เช่น ตู้เย็น ทีวี เครื่องทำน้ำอุ่น ตู้เสื้อผ้า ไม้แขวนเสื้อ ผ้าเช็ดตัว กระดาษชำระ สบู่ ยาสระผม และน้ำดื่ม มีปลั้กชาร์จไฟเพียงพอ ฉันมาพักที่นี่ 2 ครั้งแล้วพบว่าแต่ละห้องอาจมีความแตกต่างกันบ้าง เช่น บางห้องไม่มีโต๊ะวางของ บางห้องไม่มีแก้วน้ำ แต่เมื่อเทียบกับราคาที่ไม่แพงและทำเลที่ดีเยี่ยมแล้ว ของบางอย่างก็ไม่จำเป็น จึงไม่ได้ร้องขอพิ่มเติม โดยรวมคือคุ้มค่ากับราคา ฉันจะมาพักอีกแน่นอนค่ะ
