Arrived quite late but reception was still open and were quickly registered. Room was warm and able to heat up our prepared meal in the microwave - Good facilities.

The worse booking done in my whole life. The hotel did not sent instructions on how to receive the room key, there was no one in the hotel at 9pm and had to go to another hotel for the night. ASI was staying in the area one more day, I called the hotel to explain the situation and kindly asked to provide the paid night (not used) for the next day. The arrogance on the phone from the hotel manager regarding non transference of the booking or refund was worse than I ever encountered. Three hotel did not have any arrangements on the bike night for me to successfully receive the room key not processed with any booing transfer or refund. I will never consider this hotel and will inform all my network never to stay in this hotel as, if arriving after 9pm you will not get access to your paid room and will receive an arrogant approach when discussing this matter with hotel management. This was my worse hotel experience, in many years of hotel bookings - zero customer service skills by management team and full arrogance

Excellent base, close to the racecourse, clean, comfortable with extremely friendly reception staff. It is a fair way out from Pau centre and public transport is difficult if not impossible on Sundays and after 7pm, but there ARE taxis. Bus 10 from the airport stops a few minutes walk away (get off at Europe) Kitchenette is fine but no oven(very good microwave and two ring hob) Recommend, particularly if you want a base for racing or are breaking your journey and have your own transport. Stayed for 10 nights over New Year 2022/2023

Très bonne expérience. Soirée étape entre Bretagne et Espagne en famille 4 personnes. Nous avons pu apprécier les logements communiquants, très pratique. Cuisine bien équipée , très bonne literie, hotel proche de l’autoroute. Personnel très attentionné qui nous a ré expédié la peluche ‘doudou ´ de notre fille. Un grand merci pour votre attention portée à la satisfaction de vos clients, nous recommandons.

on voyage avec notre chien (45 kg), super accueil, logement top, beaucoup de verdure, nous avons pu obtenir un logement en rez de chaussé Petit déjeuner classique, pain frais viennoiseries fraiches au calme, restaurant proches, accessibles à pied

Nous avons passé 5 nuits dans cet hôtel calme et paisible. Au vu du prix (38€ par nuit pour deux) nous ne nous attendions pas avoir autant de qualité. Les réceptionnistes sont parfaites et trouvent une solution à chaque situation, les chambres sont propres et spacieuses, la kitchenette est très bien équipée, la proximité du centre ville de Pau (à 15min en voiture)... Il faut savoir que le ménage n'est effectué que si le séjour est d'une semaine minimum. Il y a de quoi nettoyer et des serviettes propres sont donnés sans problème. Tout était parfait ! Nous recommandons cet hôtel pour un petit ou un long séjour.

Le pire hotel que j'ai connu ! J'avais une réservation, je suis arrivé à 21h30 et il n'y avait personne. Aucune réponse au téléphone non plus. J'ai du chercher un autre hébergement à la dernière minute! Enfin après avoir envoyé un mail j'ai eu une réponse deux semaines après pour me dire que je ne serais pas remboursé. NE PAS RESERVER CHEZ EUX !
