Dirty filthy rooms and poor service would never recommend anyone The staff is rude The rooms stink and the hygiene of the property is probably the worst I’ve seen in Rishikesh for this price .

The staff here are so nice! Anupama is always happy to help with a smile. The food is all really good and the location is central, busy by day but quiet by night. The hotel is undergoing renovations which is great as the rooms are a little tired but fine just the same.

Nice location and on the highway. Walking distance from Lax*** Jhula. Rooms are clean with all required amenities. View from balcony is good. Food is excellent and staffs were ready to help out of their way. Property ***ager was very helpful.

I spent 1 night at Peepl Tree hotel. The room was clean and cozy. There is good WiFi , the food at the restaurant is also great. The staff was nice. The view was amazing. There is a cafe on the ground floor where you can drink coffee.

The pictures shown on FB and other platforms don't match with hotel room offered.. Poor house keeping and poor security... When I checked out at 6 am.. ; there was nobody to look in for and when my driver entered the hotel to take my luggage nobody enquired... Total security lapse... I get a call at 12 noon to when I will chk out... Poor service at exhorbitant price... Actually whole rishikesh is in mess due to influx of tourists and hotels have hiked their prices to unbelievable levels..

They charge prices equivalent to 4 star and above but their standard is similar to that of 1 star hotel or even bad. It was so dirty, cobwebs everywhere, dust on fans (as if no dusting was done for months), torn linen/pillow covers. We were 3 families, so we had booked 3 rooms, while checking in we enquired whether all 3 rooms (of category booked online) were on same floor or not, to this the ***ager rudely replied that to accommodate on same floor they on their own had to change the category (needless to say lowered) of the rooms. When we expressed our displeasure on this, his reply was "this is what we have, either take it or leave it (which would have meant no refund)". When we went into the rooms, we were shocked to see the condition of rooms, dirty and dust everywhere. On showing them, at first they reacted as if it was so trivial thing and then cleaned which took almost 30-40 mins. Linens were worn out, torn pillow covers and to top it all house keeping guys were ill ***nered. Breakfast was horrible and arranged in very shabby hall on terrace. Please avoid this hotel. We were there in Oct. 2021.

I visited Hotel Peepal Tree tapovan last week. I stayed there for 2 nights. Hotel was clean and near to market. However there where no spa, swimming pool or graden. There was a sun deck from where view was awesome but steps leading to sundeck was very uncomfortable. Bf spread was limited However food was tasty. Overall nice hotel but i found it expensive.

Located at perfect distance from lax*** jhula and ghats , this hotel offers you great Mountain view as well as river view. It has its own parking and room service are well up to the mark. Highly recommended for family and group travels and enjoy the hospitality of this great property.
