Hotel ma trzy windy, tak więc z dotarciem do pokojów nie jest źle , jednak 4 osoby to już tłok. Jest spa, czyli sauna, basen,i siłownia. Jedzenie było smaczne i urozmaicone. Pokoje duże ( my w 2 osoby mieliśmy 3 łóżka w tym jedno dwuosobowe), czyste,sejf bezplatny, balkon, łazienka okey. Minusy to drętwa obsługa na recepcji ( chyba czas na młodą krew), kiepska plaża -kamienista, daleko od leżaków w dodatku w dole. Ostrzegam też przed korzystaniem na plaży przy hotelu z usług TLG Water sport. My skorzystaliśmy z Parasailing ,co prawda zamiast 80 EUR zapłaciliśmy 80 $ , ale lot trwał krócej niż obiecali ,w dodatku żądali 25 EUR za zdjęcia, co jak dla mnie to zwykłe oszustwo i naciąganie klientów, takie zachowanie to to psucie renomy hotelu. Usytuowanie hotelu przy ruchliwej ulicy,w dodatku dostęp do miasta przez wysoką kładkę Plusy: wiele miejsc w których można się napić i coś zjeść, czyste przestronne pokoje, miłe sprzątaczki, i obsługa barów, szczególnie bardzo miła młoda dziewczyna Aisha.

Jest bliski dostęp do moża ciekawe animacje i zabawy dla dzieci . Jeżeli chodzi o jedzenie jest duża różnorodność i miejscowe specjały . Jest duży basen szkoda bo zjeżdzalnie są tylko 3 nie za wielkie ale idealnie dla dzieci .Serdecznie polecam .

The worst hotel ever! At the first day we haven't got our room. The second day we were robbed by room cleaner. She broken my locker and stole 200 euros. On day 4 we all family and friends - total 8 people, were felt very sick after we ate some hotel food. The all hotel team seemed to be not very happy, their behaviour was upsetting us. Also to find a space to lay down by the swimming pool is mission impossible. Form 7am all already taken, towels was left on the sunbeds. Therefore the city not so nice. Very poor environment and nothing to see there. Also at the hotel they not making any cocktails. Internet not working until you pay for it. I will never ever recommend this hotel to anyone. Please take my experience seriously and don't go there.

I didn’t believe the reviews but out of our group of 7 people 5 got food poisoning. One threw up all night and had to spend an entire day in bed after. I noticed the same food being served days in a row and some of the foods were clearly altered. I saw other people throwing up around the hotel and heard of people that ended up in the hospital after coming to this resort. The comments about the staff not knowing english are true as well. Barely anyone speaks english and they don’t even clean the room unless you tip them.

Starting off, the hotel staff were not friendly. The hotel lacks organization, and cleanliness is a major issue—many areas are dirty, and the rooms are cleaned half-heartedly. The food is always the same; there's nothing new, and I wouldn't be surprised if it's reheated for the next day. The bars are disappointing, with only a few cocktail options, and you can't get water unless it's from a machine. The dishes aren't clean either. The animators make no effort to keep things interesting and barely speak English. Overall, the entire hotel staff struggles with English. The gym is missing equipment, and you're not allowed to exchange towels. The beach is covered with large stones, making it very easy to get injured. In short, the food is a health hazard, the place is dirty, no one speaks English, the drinks are bad with very few choices. The only good thing they offer is a Thai massage.

Hotel rooms are renovated, common areas are decent and modern, territory is well maintained, lots of greens and trees, kids club is new and modern. The only downside is super loud Russian music all day long, animation team does not care much about sound level and music quality. Animation team activities are average and almost the same every day. Evening shows were all dancing. Lots of food choices, wide selection of salads, sweets and others, You can find almost everything for Your choices. Close distance to village center, shops etc

The advantages of the hotel 1. Big pool + pool with slides + beach front 2. Animation team is very friendly, funny and engaging 3. Very cute cats are living in the hotel’s territory Disadvantages 1. The food is tasteless 2. Reception staff needs training on how to deliver an appropriate costumer service 3. As a couple we booked a double bedroom but received a family room of four beds which for two persons is a bit too much of a space 4. Ultra all inclusive should include at least one sort of alcohol which is known worldwide, however, there was only local cheap drinks. Wine tasted horrible 5. Spa area need a renovation, we were glad that we went outside the hotel for the hanmam experience Overall, this hotel is not a five star, I would say three. Never been happier to come back home from a holiday since for the last four days staying there I received a food poisoning and was feeling very unwell.

Water in bottle dont’t have if you want you must go to fill in glass i think this is minus becauae is very very hot . Second reason very passive look if you have some issue some like room problema or ect. And very very need reconstrucion becauae all over hotel is old .
