This is my first stay after COVID, obviously the hotel room is low maintenance, Aircon not cold, floor carpet stained, cracked cement around the window area, bath tub can't release water out, small towels need to be requested and need an extra bath towel charge RM 5 per piece, what's the 4star hotel doing???

Made a reservation for my family attending an event nearby, they were satisfied with the spacious room size and even the amenities provided. The breakfast rate is affordable and the food tastes okay.

Such a great staycation with swimming pool,playground and river view. I booked 4 rooms for my family and siblings . Attended family and relatives gathering at Jalan Rompin Lama,Pekan which situated very near to Ancasa Hotel ,about 10 minutes driving. Staffs also very friendly and helpful
