An excellent hotel for stay in Pelling Hospitality is good from all the staff members Specially from Mr Aman. Food was excellent. Room service was also excellent

The hotel location is very good with heart winning balcony iconic view the maintenance cleanliness and the behaviour of all the hotel staffs Aman sharma, Doma bhutia they were excellent people and coming to the food it's very pocket friendly and tasty just like home cooked food, overall I had an amazing unforgettable experience.

The worst hotel and very bad staff. you really feel it was better to stay home . Mr.Ashish Nayak calls at 11 pm in night and says pay eventhough room rent was paid. This people do not have courtesy to check at what time to call. Also do not go with the name JAIN ... they create issues when they had to provide jain breakfast . Also they do not have any co-ordination within themselves. One person calls and tell pay for 4 extra beds while we have not taken also. Pathetic hotel. Kindly do not book this hotel or be ready for the worst experience of your life.

I left my wrists watch ,but manager sent me back to Guwahati,Assam by Delevery courier service ,and got in good condition,so it was very good moment for me.and hotel staff also very co-operative.its very good for your vacation.the back side view of hotel is very good.

This is a very basic 3 star. In run down conditions. Bedsheets has holes. I booked on line but hotel staff had no information, therefore had to wait for room. Elevators not there. Hotel has 2 floor up and down 2-3 levels. Balcony has 2 dirty chairs It's a vegetarian hotel so for vegetarians it's good. Staff is v good.

The hospitality of the entire team is wonderful. Their smile welcome us with a positive gesture. Also the food served in such place is extraordinary. Happy with the services. Would be recommending the same hotel to my friends, family and relatives.
