Don't recommend. Times for a renovation. Carpet and around the bed was dirty. Curtain shower was hanging.

Mats inside room were dirty and interior bed conditions were okay ..but outside environment was really good

The room wasn't clean trash left in the room and it also had roaches in the room old TV I will not be staying there again

This place needs major remodeling. While the sheets were changed the floors were filthy (carpeting). Huge stains, the suite was nominal at best. One coffee pack, the bedroom television would not turn on even after i checked breakers AND switched outlets. there was no bedding for the extra pull out sofa (minimal linen and I needed an extra blanket) If you’re there for one night as I was Just do there to sleep after dinner and leave early

We enjoyed staying at Grand Palms however it definitely needs to be updated. The rooms are like walking back in time (70's early 80's)
