Ooooo this was a ruff old Ken, dogs trust wouldn't even venture here, pool was full of wildlife one point I thought I was in the river Amazon , dead cats everywhere never tried the food thankfully , or and you have to pay for air con which smells like a thousand ****holes

This is an old hotel but it’s very clean we stayed on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool and had a panoramic view of the sea. Which you would normally pay a fortune for. We stayed for 10 night staff where lovely, we arrived at 6am and the lady said as long as we was quiet could get in the pool, we didn’t but it was great to be offered. Bin was taken each day and house keeping every 2 days with clean towel et, we didn’t cook in our room but we never would so wasn’t a problem for us. There is only 2 rings no toaster and microwave but that didn’t bother us. The fridge and freezer worked fine. There is no safe in the room but there was In reception. We could always get a sunbed but only had 2 days by the pool because the beach is so close. 5mins or less to walk to, a lovely beach with all water sports and restaurants lifeguard. We eat in the hotel twice once for breakfast and once for lunch it was nice and good value for money compared to most of the big hotels. The only thing that got on my nerves was the aircon its only in the bedroom and wasn’t powerful enough for the whole apartment so we moved our child’s bed into our room to sleep. There really big apartments so it didn’t matter. I would actually stay here again it really wasn’t bad we are a family for 4 and stayed in Cyprus for 10 nights for a really good price and a great location. There is a great bus service from the high street which can take you to all over south Cyprus, All the staff here are honestly so lovely and there was alway someone when you needed anything even making my husband coffee early before the bar was open, it’s the little things that make a difference, and the wi-Fi was good and free.

The appartment was completely outdated, not maintaneance at all. The bathroom had the sink that was not drain correctly, it has black mold on the top. The kitchen was with old appliances, with the cooking fan not working, the cable of the cooking stove not safe (a child can touch and end up in the hospital). I put ice cream in the freezer, they melt due to the old appliances… The sink was leaking and the draws were litteraly falling down and dirty. The "cleaning"... well they entered 5 minutes litteraly, pass a brush, mocho and that's it. Never clean a toilette in 2 weeks holiday, the last week after wednesday they basically disappear and we were leaving on saturday. This hotel it is ok for low budget party when you are 20s for few nights. Not for families and specially not for 2 weeks! The pool was the only good thing of the property. Staff is nice, specially the young guy but nice people do not match with nice place. Also the position is good, closed to the beach and restaurants. They are kind people but they should probably do another job cause that it has been the worst hotel in my life, I would not suggest a family vacation there even to my worst enemy.

A family run apartment hotel, that was very comfortable and nice. Perfect if you want to make your own breakfast, and for us it was really good since we were on a diving holiday, and it was just five minutes from the dive center. Very service minded and friendly staff, that made really good Cypriot coffee! Lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. We were very happy with this place!

Perfectly situated for beach bars and restaurants. Pool was very quiet which is relaxing. Rooms basic but equipped for a weeks self catering holiday very roomy. Bins emptied every day, towels changed in the stay and clean bedding during the stay. Had a fab week would definitely come back. Thank you to the staff for being so welcoming 🙏

My wife andI have just returned to the UK from a 28 day stay at these apartments. We stayed in a spacious one bedroom apartment room 107. Prior to going I had requested a room near the lift as my wife has difficulty walking any distance, bingo as requested. All rooms are serviced at least 4 times a week. The complex has a large swimming pool with plenty of sun beds with sun all day and a bar for food and drink. The apartments are very well positioned for shops restaurants and 10 minutes walk from a very nice sandy beach. If you are on a budget these are the apartments for you. Das Hotel "Debbie Xenia" ist ein alter, hellhöriger Kasten, der unserer Meinung nach "auf Verschleiß gefahren wird". Der Zustand ist äußerst mäßig (vieles war nicht etwa charmant gealtert, sondern einfach schäbig), die Sauberkeit ist mangelhaft und die Ausstattung des beiden Appartments, in denen wir nacheinander "gewohnt" haben, war ungenügend. (Wir sind am zweiten Tag umgezogen, weil es im zunächst zugewiesenen Appartment Probleme mit der Elektrik gab.) Besonders die Küchenzeilen sind mehr als nur spärlich ausgerüstet. Es gab weder ein Sieb, noch ein scharfes Küchenmesser, keine Eiswürfelform, keine Abwaschsachen (mussten wir alles selber organisieren), keine Kaffeebecher (nur winzige Tässchen), keinen Toaster und natürlich auch weder eine Mikrowelle, noch einen Backofen. Der einzige große Topf und die einzige Pfanne (ohne Antihaft-Beschichtung natürlich) passen nicht gleichzeitig auf den winzigen Zwei-Platten-Herd. Ein klappriger Kühlschrank rundet das Gesamtbild im Küchenzeilenbereich entsprechend ab. Das innenliegende Bad wird akustisch durch einen laut röhrenden Ventilator dominiert. Es gibt eine Badewanne, über deren Rand man zum Duschen klettern darf. Die Wanne ist sehr schmal, so dass man entweder seitwärts duscht oder nur mit geschlossenen Beinen gerade darin stehen kann. Haare muss man nicht selbst mitbringen, die findet man reichlich überall. Die Betten waren okay bis sogar gut. Schlecht geschlafen haben wir aus anderen Gründen (Stichwort Hellhörigkeit). Kein deutsches Fernseh- oder Radioprogramm, auch kein Musiksender. Aber es gab einen polnischen Musiksender mit viel Werbung. Teilweise lustig anzusehen. Das WLAN fiel regelmäßig aus, bei Sitzungen über eine halbe Stunde eigentlich immer mindestens ein Mal und dann zumeist für mehrere Minuten. Nervig. Weil der Fahrstuhl einen altersschwachen Eindruck auf uns machte (und an einem Tag auch ausgefallen ist), sind wir zumeist lieber durch eines der beiden Treppenhäuser gegangen. 3. Stock runter, 3. Stock rauf - Es lebe der Sport! Eine zertretene Kakarlake lag mind. drei Tage in dem einen Treppenhaus, bis wir den Reinigungstrupp darauf aufmerksam machten. Das arme Tierchen wurde dann auch umgehend und zu immerhin drei Vierteln entfernt. Rostrote Flecken im anderen Treppenhaus begleiteten uns hingegen den gesamten Aufenthalt lang (eine Woche). Vermutlich ist der Reinigungstrupp mutiger als wir und nimmt IMMER den Fahrstuhl. Da kann man tote Tiere sowie Flecken im Treppenhaus natürlich nicht entdecken... Das Beste am ganzen Hotel war der Ausblick vom Balkon. Aber auch der konnte uns nicht halten. Wir sind vorzeitig wieder ausgezogen und haben uns was Besseres gesucht, was sehr einfach war.

An excellent stay with lovely host Nicos, all the staff were very nice and friendly. A family-run hotel that does need updating, however, the rooms were super clean and comfy with brand new freezing cold air con, so a little old-fashioned can be forgiven, especially for the price. 2 mins walk to the nearest bars and restaurants and a kiosk on the doorstep. Pool is large, clean, and very quiet. This is perfect if you are looking for good value for money in peaceful surroundings. We will return.

Stayed here for a week on a self catering basis , I travelled alone and I had a great week. The location is perfect, close to local restaurants, bars and small supermarkets. A short walk to two absolutely stunning beaches…. I couldn’t have stayed in a more perfect place. The apartment I stayed in had a separate bedroom, lovely dining/living room, a small tv and small kitchenette with all you need for a self catering break. Rooms were cleaned and bins emptied daily, I loved my little stay here, staff were friendly and approachable. I would highly recommend, a lovely holiday
