Perfect place

We came here firstly in August 2023 and fell In love with this hotel. We never repeat book regardless,we like to try new places/destinations. But on this occasion as this as all that is needed and easy access for someone who isnt able to manoeuvre very well we thought it would be ideal to bring along my mother in law. So we came back as three on June 24th. It was like we relived the experience that we had in August 23 ..everything and everyone was the same. Staff,food and service where 100% We have had such a great time and infinity blue as found another repeat customer in the future with my mother in law who felt she could even travel on her own here. So if your wondering if this hotel as what you might need....100% and more amazing place , location , food , super clean , super friendly and relaxing. Thank you all at Infinity blue. Wow what can I say 1st time at this hotel absolutely amazing Room was beautiful very clean and very big .Hotel grounds spotless . All staff take pride in there job and are very friendly. Food is very good something for every one . Can not fault this hotel ticked all our boxes .Already booked to come again next year countdown begin

First time at this hotel and wow from the minute we walked in the door we were made to feel very welcome Christine was lovely very friendly and helpful .We were given a welcome drink much needed after our journey and checked in very quickly .The ambience of the hotel is amazing, beautifully decorated and styled in restful shades of blues whites and creams and immaculately clean The staff are amazing as is the service Alex is a lovely young man very attentive and knew what drinks we liked so big shout out to him . We had a deluxe suite with sea view and this did not disappoint the views were stunning and the rooms immaculate We loved it so much we booked for next year before we even got home Thank you so much to all the team at this little gem of a hotel See you all next year

We arrived back yesterday and wanted to share our experience of this hotel, we upgraded to a deluxe suite with a sea view which didn’t cost a huge amount and well worth the money although the balcony was small it worked for us, the room was bright and clean with great beach and sea views, the hotel was beautifully clean, the staff were all really polite, friendly and helpful ( I have to mention Alex one of the waiters who is a wonderful representative for the hotel and Tui, along with the lovely lady from the kitchen team who looked out for us every morning to prepare freshly poached eggs for my wife) the sun beds were really comfortable with more than enough to go around so no horrible rush in the morning as in most other hotels in this bracket, location is everything for this hotel and it’s placed right on the edge of a beautiful beach and cove which is why we chose the hotel, the sea is crystal clear and safe, perfect for snorkelling and swimming, really loved hotel, we had a really relaxing week which is what we were looking for, thanks to all the staff from the infinity blu, we will definitely be returning whenever we are in Cyprus

Just returned from what can only be described as a perfect week at the Infinty Blu. Excellent food, staff and very friendly guests. Rooms are cleaned to a high standard, beds are very comfortable. I read a review which said that there were no salads at lunchtime, not sure where this guest had lunch but it certainly couldn't have been at the Infinity blu. Plenty of sunbeds so there is no need to reserve at the crack of dawn, it was lovely to meet Christine who was very helpful, I'm sure she will be greatly missed. If I had to be picky, I would suggest maybe an alternative to a sandwich if you missed dinner on your arrival.

This was an absolutely fantastic hotel , the location , staff ( especially the staff) food, and the lovely rooms were amazing - we went in July 24 with friends and returned a month later on our own ….returning to find a bottle of bubbly in our room welcoming us back. The lovely lady on the 3rd floor who cleaned the rooms to the awesome bar staff and catering team …not forgetting Christine The gardener was so talkative and friendly to my amazement was the owner - now that’s how relaxed it was ..he even provided me with seeds to grow some flowers at home ….in the rain ….. If you want a peaceful relaxing quiet holiday in a fantastic location / surroundings a stone throw from a fantastic beach this is for you …can’t find a bad word to say …. Thankyou team Infiniti …..

After reading the reviews , I was excited to go , but wow what a massive disappointment!. During the day very relaxing can always get a sun bed no need to get up early . You just got to avoid the dirty cups /ashtrays and cans from the night before.( on the grass area) Breakfast after one cup of coffee , you are then presented with a just hot water , and need to go and find the coffee or teabags ( staff didn’t explain this) it’s by the desserts for future reference. Lunch not fresh salads or much of a choice , hot food consists of leftovers from the previous evenings dinner . Dinner .. couldn’t fault it . Now for the confusing part .. hot coffee is only served in the inside bar and ice coffee at the beach bar . Toilets down In basement ,a bit scary as that’s where the work rooms are, so lots of workers about , and you’re so far away from everyone. They aren’t very clean. Avoid room 201 as pure sewage smell .. even the night watch man held his nose when I went to get him as had enough of it . Took for me to contact Tui before hotel took it seriously. They kept telling me it was maintenance list but we had covered the drains with towels so he clearing hasn’t been . Towels they say changed every 3 days but actually we only got fresh ones when we moved rooms and on day 9 I asked for fresh ones. In an evening , it was like gods waiting room no atmosphere or friendly ness most people go to bed after dinner We walked to local village or into protaras . Staff . Christine the receptionist was lovely and her husband the night watchman they are a credit to that hotel . Alex was lovely and always trying to get you to try a different drink . Apparently according to others it’s gone down hill since Sonia the daughter has taken over , even the rate of returning customers have gone down . We’ve been to many 4* hotel and this isn’t any near the standard of previous hotels in our opinion.
