Very clean and very friendly staff and service. Close to all amenities and quiet at night. We will stay there again!

The property is across the street from train tracks that seems to run every 2 hours during the night.
When I initially entered the my room there is an overwhelming chemical smell, likely a strong cleaning fluid.
Flushing the toilet the drain in the tub made a lot of noise.
Printed direction for the use of the TV system would have been nice rather than staff coming to show me once. Normally I am good with these types of devices.
For the one night I stayed I'll survive.

The Owners are lovely people who always make you feel welcome and I have never stayed in a cleaner motel or hotel. It is very convenient to downtown Perth. It has everything you need and there is something to be said about being able to drive right up to your door.

Friendly staff, clean clean clean, beds and pillows very comfortable. Mini fridge, tv, microwave, table and chairs ✅ ✅✅✅. Appreciate the affordability.

Great motel where you can back up to your door. Our room was recently renovated and vey clean. The bed was also new and very comfortable. Very friendly staff and you can tell they care about the property and guests. There is a Tim's across the street, but its a busy hwy to cross. I would stay hwre again.

The only thing i didn't like was the air freshener they used in the room ...when we walked into the room it was so strong i immediately got a headache and had to open windows and leave room for a few hours...came back could stil, smell it but was more bareable...could still smell it the next day. It was very unpleasant!
