I didn't like the check out process. I paid with my credit card and for some reason ******* processed my card as well. Why ******* did that if the instructions was PAY AT PROPERTY? I will stop to use ******* if this happen again. Now, I'm disputing it with my credit card

We took a quick k look at the oil oil pressing area and sat at our table in the court yard. The a**osphere Italian at its best. Small. Ozy, full of people laughing, talking enjoying their food and each other. We had every. Ourselves, dessert, espredso and after dinner digestive! Then we strolled back to our car. The wait person was really good, the older lady who rang up our bill...sweet. The views up there are incredible too.

I was trying to plan my wedding for one month.Very superficial way of working and no costumer care at all. I was given the option to pay for the villa 1500€ and either use their restaurant service or my catering. I tried to arrange a taste of the cuisine for 2 weeks as the manager was no responsive. Eventually she forgot about our booking when we showed up but found a table. Service was very poor and food was below avarage. The day after we came back to communicate that we would like to use our catering and we would pay only 1500€ for renting the villa as previously agreed. She made us standing for all the conversation time meantime she was sit at her desk. I got a call one hour later saying "with 1500€ you can rent a flat, we can only offer villa+food" and they canceled our ****ing plans. Poor service, poor management, sneaky rude, poor food, unprofessional. I would recommend to look somewhere else.

La fattoria è molto suggestiva, in un bel contesto. Ci sarebbero molte cose da migliorare, l'arredamento delle stanze è molto povero e vecchio, l'ufficio accoglienza praticamente inesistente, la colazione non ci siamo. Per una notte ci si adatta, ma di più no.... Il personale è gentilissimo.

Excelente lugar para descansar en el medio de la Toscana. Buena comida, buen vino, buen alojamiento, hermosas vistas y atención esmerada. Para ir con auto PEQUEÑO, los caminos de montaña están asfaltados y bien mantenidos, pero son angostos...

Fuimos con mi esposa por 4 días. Es un lugar tranquilo, en medio de la campiña toscana. Una bodega y factoría olivicola en un grupo de edificios del siglo 17, atendida por sus dueños. INCREÍBLE LUGAR. Buena comida, buen vino, atención amable y esmerada, habitaciones cómodas, pileta y paisajes paradisíacos. Muy buen lugar para relaj**** y disfrutar. Un consejo: es para ir en auto, pero chico. Los caminos de montaña están pavimentados, pero son angostos....

Bellissima villa padronale del ‘600 attorniata da una vasta proprietà in un contesto fantastico che accompagna questo posto magico nel cuore della lucchesia, immersi nel verde e con una vista stupenda abbiamo potuto assaporare la tranquillità di questi luoghi e ritrovato calma e serenità. Dalle vecchie stalle e locali dei fattori sono state ricavate le aree del B&B. Stanze pulite nella media, spaziose ma costruite in economia. Devo dire che ho dormito sempre piacevolmente (non mi capita spesso fuori casa) visto le scuri facevano bene il loro lavoro e tutti gli ospiti sono stati rispettosi del prossimo con i rumori. Riscaldamento centralizzato e condizionamento non presente. No cassaforte e zero mensole. Poche prese elettriche e letti molto minimal, come l’arredamento in generale. Sarebbe da rivedere la stanza per alcune comodità. Colazione ok con prodotti locali, ma varietà un po’ scarna. Disponibile acqua calda, latte, caffè di moka, yougurt, cereali, ciambellone e miele, qualche confettura e creme preconfezionate, a mio avviso dei cornetti, crostate e del salato sarebbero stati ben accetti. Ristorante buono, genuino, tutti prodotti serviti erano gustosi e le portate di giusto volume. Ottimo il vino e l’olio veramente spettacolare. Bello il frantoio da vedere ed anche tutta la parte della spiegazione della gestione dell’uliveto è interessante. La proprietà in primis e il personale sempre tutti molto gentili e cordiali, sorridenti e affabili, bel posto che mi resterà nel cuore ma secondo me da aggiornare per la parte ricettiva. Il mio voto è uno stimolo a far meglio e non una critica!
