A cosy family-friendly enchanted hideaway in the mountains with the clouds. The whole place seems to have been a long-time passion in creating the most charming and comfortable inn from conception to realisation with both the exterior and interior decorated in either a rustic country cottage or a European apartment style from the last century. We were so happy here and my child especially appreciated the room and all of its surroundings. Every nook and cranny of the place is excellently utiilised. From the dining room as well as the main outside eatery balcony, one has a beautiful view of the mountainside in all its greenery with butterflies flitting amongst flowers. Don't forget to check out the third story balconies and the library. Screen projector fittings are in place for a medium-sized conference. The place even has a couple of majiang table nooks should you want to play with friends. The surrounding forest environment of the inn is all sorts of paths and green terraces going off in different directions. There is a playpark for children with its own pedal-powered mini-roller coaster and other items for children to climb on. There is an off-site pond and ancient stone bridge nearby. One can take a short hike up the driveway and explore the diverging walking track paths. There's also an ecological technology exhibition centre not far up the road from the inn. A large portion of the clientele when we were there were day trip visitors in family and friend groups. Big tables as well as KTV facilities could be booked for the day. The food quality is fantastic and the portions generous. There are no nearby shops so all meals are taken in-house; the staff will consult you about when and what is on offer from the extensive menu. You can specify whether you'd want your food spicy or not when possible depending on the dish. The genuinely friendly and accomodating staff take such good care of you and step in whenever they feel you may need some assistance. My child had a bad cough at the time, and they were so kind bringing her hot drinks with honey and offering medicine they happened to have there. My Chinese is not good, but with a standard translation app, you're able to communicate what you need and the staff are so obliging to help. They genuinely do seem to be happy to be working there, and cudos and credit it to the owner for taking such good care of the staff that they in turn carry it over to their care for their guests. It was a pleasure to meet them and the owner.

The accommodation has a very beautiful view. Although the exterior looks traditional and old-fashioned, the rooms inside are very clean, modern, and well maintained. The host was extremely kind and welcoming, even helping us take photos and thoughtfully preparing a complimentary tea set for us, which was such a lovely touch. The property is located by the stunning blue Wujiang River, creating a peaceful and memorable atmosphere. I was truly impressed and had a wonderful experience staying here. Highly recommended!

Excellent service and very good location, located in a renovated heritage building. Tastefully designed and thoughtful touches. They also provide one free afternoon tea with bites at their restaurant. Only thing is that they could do better with sound and light proofing. But they also actively sought feedback. Look forward to a better improved hotel.

To był mój pierwszy pobyt w hotelu Chongqing Jiefangbei Hongyadong Su Yi Su Chenjing High-Altitude. Lokalizacja była absolutnie niesamowita. Tuż za progiem znajdowały się wszelkiego rodzaju pyszne przekąski i restauracje serwujące gorące dania, a transport był wygodny, blisko stacji metra. Kamerdyner był bardzo gościnny i pomocny podczas zameldowania. Pokój był duży, z oknami od podłogi do sufitu i wspaniałym widokiem. Byłem niezwykle zadowolony i na pewno wrócę następnym razem.

續住了兩天，整體感受都是五星體驗！酒店特意為我升級了江景房，江景視野一級棒！而且整個酒店不管是環境，設施還是服務衞生這些都是五星滿分的酒店。不管是出差還是過來旅遊都很推薦。以後也是我來萬州的首選酒店了，大家可以閉眼沖！昨天還給酒店點錯4.5星了，真的是五星推薦呀~~

Exceptional Hospitality and Excellent Service My recent stay at this hotel was an absolute pleasure, thanks in large part to the incredible staff and owner. The level of hospitality was truly outstanding. The owner and the entire team were exceptionally friendly, polite, and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable, offering warm smiles, genuine conversations, and thoughtful assistance with anything I needed. It felt less like a business transaction and more like visiting friends. Furthermore, the room service facilities were excellent. The service was prompt, the food was delicious, and the overall attention to detail was impressive. It added a wonderful layer of convenience and luxury to my visit. If you’re looking for a place that combines top-notch service with a genuinely warm and welcoming atmosphere, look no further. I will certainly be returning and would recommend it to everyone ! Highly Recommended.

It was very confusing to find the hotel, as the name is completely different from what trip.com shows. The Echarm hotel name was nowhere displayed. On the reception building it was “Qinin hotel”. There are 3 receptions next to each other with 3 different names. Once we checkin in we have to go to an opposite building where the rooms are located. It was 31C, very hot in the elevator. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast is also acceptable and there were western options available.

1.Over all is good. Just found smelly during my stay due to cleaning the septic tank. Not only cause odors in the elevator shaft, also found along the corridor back to hotel room. We feel uncomfortable every time when in and out from the hotel. 2.Find hanger on floor but no place to hang clothes. 3.Hotel receptionist very friendly, helpful and caring. Would like to said thank you to them.

The property could benefit from some updates and maintenance. One of the queen bedrooms was converted from a balcony, making it extremely cold during winter. Additionally, the heater in one of the rooms next to the hall was not working, which made it very uncomfortable to sleep through the night. The bathroom in one of the rooms remained choked throughout our stay, and overall, the bathrooms were not thoroughly cleaned. The kitchen also lacked proper cleanliness, which was disappointing. On a positive note, the view from the hall was decent, but unfortunately, it wasn’t enough to make up for the shortcomings in comfort and cleanliness.
