For the price it was okay, but it wasn’t clean at some parts, the desk was sticky and there was a print of a hand on the mirror. On top of that, I was promised to get a ride at 5 am to the airport. The receptionist was sleeping, after calling the telephone number 3 times and calling for someone he got up and then I talked to him that he could go back to sleep and I got a Didi, it was more convenient for me in the end.

This is a very well-run and well-designed homestay! It rates a 5 for cleanliness--my room and the public areas were all well-kept and tidy during my entire stay. Toiletries were good quality, towels were soft and clean, slippers were provided. The location is perfect--there are several cafes right down the path, and the lovely riverside walking/relaxing area is across the street, so it is a fun area. Although the riverside can be busy and lively, the homestay is slightly up the path, so it was never noisy in my room, even though my room faced the front. Additionally, from my balcony I could see the mountain, river, and trees, as well as some other old-style buildings. One can easily relax while sitting on that balcony from morning till night! An artistic woman runs this homestay, and she kindly gives information and advice about the local area. She loves nature, and can show you some awesome moths and butterflies, too! She speaks very functional English, so foreigners as well as Chinese can feel welcome and at home here. By the way, the breakfast is a Chinese-style breakfast and very delicious with plenty of food. Fruit was also offered several times during my stay! Very kind.

Abit difficult to contact host regards to airport pickup, I added them on WeChat prior to arrival but I think they overlooked my message. Was just there for a short rest as I had a layover. They provide airport pickup and drop offs. Just make sure to establish contact before arriving. Nonetheless, a didi ride to the hotel is cheap anyway. Rooms were clean and newly renovated, just a cozy room for a layover/ stay near the airport if needed. Not a lot of food options near airport. Would suggest to just arrive to T2 earlier for better options. Host was friendly and accommodating.

Stayed at HomeInn for 7nights. The hotel is very closed to GAO JU metro station, and there is a luckin coffee and pharmacist just few steps away. Other than that, nothing much nearby. The bed is comfortable, water pressure and heater is stable and strong enough. Toiletries (I.e., Toothbrush, shampoo, shower gel, hair conditional, cotton bud, comb, etc) are available. Hair dryer provided. 7th floor have self service laundry - ironing board, washing machine n dryer and gym room. The breakfast also located at 7th floor - start from 7.30am - 10am.

The hotel is extremely clean the services of the management is friendly and they’re just the best,I feel trips.com isn’t giving them the hype they need.. i really recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good place in Nanchang,the apartment is far more than good 这家酒店非常干净，管理人员服务热情友好，简直太棒了！我觉得trips.com并没有给予他们应有的评价。我真心推荐这家酒店给所有在南昌寻找好住处的人，公寓也远超预期。

Location: The location is not right smack central to all the popular tourist spots but it's close enough to get to 万寿宫 on foot (5 minutes). Also, it is close to the river and if you are lucky enough, you get a room with a fantastic river view! Cleanliness: The hotel I am not sure if it's new or what but it's very nicely maintained. The beds are good, the sheets are clean and everything is really superb. Service: Maybe it's just me (Singaporean) cause I am very impressed with their receptionist services like helping me out with payment, booking of car etc etc but all these according to my local friends, they say it's just the basic in service industries~ Facilities: Honestly, if you are here looking for a gym or a pool then sad to say, it's non-existence, even the breakfast I would recommend not to get it unless you are traveling with elderly and they need something to eat early in the morning then for that price point, it's still reasonable. Otherwise, go out hit the streets and there are tons of fantastic food options for you to choose from. Lastly, overall impression is superb and it's definitely super value for money. In fact for the price I paid I would say it far exceeded in value. Which is the reason why, I will always choose this hotel when I am back in Nanchang~ (I tried other hotels, to be honest, the rooms are not as great)

Location of this hotel is great, it's right at the end of a busy food street and so you won't have to travel so far to get home after a day of eating and yet won't be too noisy from tourist who are out having their night parties. But one thing to note, it's beside a primary school so the sound from little children throughout the morning makes it quite difficult to sleep in if you are a light sleeper. Cleanliness is not that great although overall the sheets and all are clean but because they don't have non-smoking rooms, so the room's aircondition is filled with smoke smell whenever it is turned on. Service is great~ Facilities: The gym is somewhat function for some quick workout if you really need to do so during your travel, there is a laundry room and it looks pretty clean. Of course there won't be any pool or whatsoever~ Overall it's still quite fantastic just that I don't really like the bed and pillows as it's just too soft.

It was my first time traveling to Nanchang with my girl friend. While traveling from airport, the city looks old. When I reached the hotel. It is refreshing and modern. Their customer service and attitude are top notch. We feel very welcoming. Hotel is very clean and they suggested to upgrade our room. They kindly showed us if we like the bigger room with mahjong table. The room is cleaned and everything looks great. The hotel location is great. There are plenty of restaurants, street food, retail shops nearby. However, we experienced small issues that can be even better. The coffee machine at breakfast was not working for few days. We feed-backed to ground staff, no action was taken until few days later. Overall, we loved the hotel. We would definitely highly recommend to all travelers whether for business or leisure.

Home Inn is still trustworthy. I read many travel guides about booking hotels in Sanya, and it seemed like there were so many pitfalls, it was exhausting. After much deliberation, I finally booked Home Inn Neo. It proved to be reliable. Although the environment and facilities might not be as luxurious as some more expensive hotels, the basic amenities and services were excellent. They thought of everything I needed, and for the price, I was very satisfied with the conditions. The neighborhood also has a lively atmosphere; there are elementary and middle schools within a 10-minute walk, and lots of authentic local restaurants.

The resort provides a peaceful and inviting atmosphere, making it a great choice for families. The staff are exceptionally helpful, assisting with tasks like ordering food from nearby restaurants and recommending local attractions. One staff member, Cindy, has been particularly kind and accommodating. Our family and friends had a wonderful time at the resort and plan to return in the future.
