Absolut empfehlenswert! Äusserst komfortabel und gepflegtes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem und professionellem Personal und ausgezeichneter Küche.

A Tuscan escape, private villa style experience, great service, very attentive and extremely pleasant staff, great breakfast, lunch and dinner, beautiful pool, landscape, views of hills and city of Florence. Need a car to be able to go anywhere, or be willing to be a bit adventurous and take a public bus that stops nearby on the highway and requires a bus change to go to Florence, but on the way back goes directly to the resort from Florence (you need to learn the name of your stop and tell the bus driver to stop there, as busses only stop if they see people waiting at the stop or if a ypassenger requires it). The busses run every 20-30 min according to the time schedule (you will be given it) and take about 10-15 min to get to and from Piazza dela Liberta in Florence (look it up on Google map). Taxis are always available, will cost about €30 per trip (10-15 min ride). Remember, this is a villa style resort outside of Florence. It was beautiful, we loved it.

The hotel is aesthetically beautiful, it’s set in a quiet neighbourhood which is nice to be away from the busiest part of Florence but only 15 minute walk to where all the fuss is. They have a bar, cafe and restaurant which I’m yet to try but I’ve extended a night so I can enjoy some of the amenities.

This stay really surprised me. I was concerned about the facilities would be outdated or the noisy from the rooftop. Turned out none of them were a problem. It's got an vintage looking but the room is clean and the amenities worked fine. The staffs were super nice and friendly to us and made this trip much easier for me. I would definitely book it again if there's a second time

Pros: great location, just a few steps from a few must see of the city. Cons:the noise of morning workers cleaning or making deliveries in the morning (7-8am) and tourist making their way through the alleys and streets to or from hotels, bar, etc. will carry to tour room... maybe disrupting your sleep. Also, if you're going to arrive after the reception closes it can get tricky or stressful as you have to reach out an on-call reception person (in my case it took 3 dials in to hear from them, I got delayed 20min. on the road and the person left and have to call again). The lock of my room and for the constant slamming of doors rooms seem to be a bit tricky to operate. Finally, the safe in my room was looked at my arrival, so I couldn't use it. Not the best value and wouldn't recommend it.

The hotel is located near Central Station, just a 5-10 minute walk away. Across a small path from the hotel is the Central Market, and it takes about 20 minutes on foot to reach the Florence Cathedral (Duomo), the historic old town, and the museum. The rooms are clean and quiet. Highly recommended!

Hotel położony jest niedaleko stacji kolejowej Santa Maria Novella. Personel w holu jest bardzo miły i pomocny (zwłaszcza osoba, którą zastałem przy zameldowaniu i wymeldowaniu). Śniadanie jest dobrej jakości, nawet jeśli przestrzeń jest dość ograniczona. Jeśli chodzi o punkty do poprawy: hotel jest dość stary, wymagałby całkowitego remontu (co może nie jest łatwe…). W 2023 roku nadal posiadanie wanny w hotelu (do brania prysznica) jest dość dziwne. Ponadto hotel nie zapewnia gratis kilku butelek wody (w innych małych hotelach podczas naszej podróży po Toskanii zawsze znaleźliśmy w naszym pokoju). Tak czy inaczej, biorąc pod uwagę tę pozycję, był to dobry wybór.

Great location, especially good for intercity travel through SMN station. Room size is not big but good enough for us to mange luggages, and to take rest. We love their breakfast, good taste and mix of croissants, coffee, fruit, cereal, cheese,.. etc, charged only at Euro 15 per head. If I have to pick something better for improvement, I would say that the hotel rate per day at off season could be 20% or 30% discount.

5 minut tramwajem do centrum lub na lotnisko. Wygodne materace. Czysto. Nowoczesna łazienka. Dobre śniadanie (kiełbasa, ser, jogurt, rogalik, bułki, tosty, dżemy, owoce, herbata, sok, pyszna kawa). Specjalne podziękowania dla Katyi, właśnie umiliła nam dzień, jest bardzo przyjazną Włoszką, sprawia, że ​​czujesz się jak w domu:)
