We liked the friendly and eficiente staff. Breakfast was also good. The place needs an upgrade of the rooms, it is not adequate for the rate they are charging. If you stay in the rooms near the reception (I mean very next to) it is like a pensione, very little privacy. But the rate was compared to a good 4 star hotel or boutique bread and breakfast ($212). The room itself was basic and outdated.

My wife and I enjoyed a very nice weekend a Les Roches. From the minute we arrived at the reception to the moment we checked out; the staff was kind, helpful and efficient. The property is set in a quiet valley, with a stream running through it; the landscaping is amazing, and I even noticed a little herb garden. We were among Toucans and other birds, monkeys and squirrels. Our chalet; furnished novo rustic, had a balcony with furniture and a hammock with a stunning view of the valley. We enjoyed a bottle of wine on it every evening. The chalet is spacious and clean with a comfy queen bed. Plenty of closet space and a large bathroom with plenty of hot water. The internet is excellent, cable TV; they have a small 3 par golf course, well maintained tennis court, wonderful pool and sauna, you can even borrow bicycles, but we settled for a long walk every morning on the country road. All 15 of the chalets were occupied, and it still felt like we were only there with a handful other folks; other guests are respectful of the peacefulness. Quiet and tranquil. We decided on a last minute dinner in the restaurant; and we were pleased by the quality of our meal. If there is one thing I would suggest; and it’s a very small thing, 4 lounge chairs at the pool is not enough for 15 occupied chalets. We will be back!

Nice property and the staff is excellent always smiling and going an extra mile to ensure you are happy! Breakfast is excellent! Great variety Two notes: need more recliner chairs by the pool and as a suggestion screens at the cabin windows so you can leave it open at night and avoid insects etc

Lugar lindo. Chalés super confortáveis com amenities Granado. Roupa de cama e toalhas novas. atendimento nota mil. O Restaurante tem opções bem bacanas no cardápio ‘com comida bem elaborado e afetuosa. Piscina confortável em meio à natureza exuberante do Vale do Cuiabá

A pousada é muito bem estruturada e com muitos entretenimentos para atividades tanto esportivas como mais calmas e tranquilas. Reservamos o Chalé Premium Turmalina por 4 dias que possui uma vista maravilhosa. Comemoramos 10 anos de casamento e foi tudo ótimo, inclusive o quarto com capricho, romantismo e muito bem preparado todos os dias, com destaque na data de nossa comemoração o que tornou o dia ainda mais especial. Ao chegarmos fomos muito bem recebidos por Sr. Américo e Esposa. Todo o atendimento foi excelente com destaque para Wálter, Fernando, Rafael, Nathália e Paulo. Café da manhã maravilhoso com muitas opções e todos os pratos muito bem preparados e saborosos. A pousada faz jus ao Roteiro de Charme por toda estrutura, decoração, atendimento e bem integrada a natureza. É cercada de muito verde, paz, tranquilidade e em alguns momentos se destacam alguns pequenos visitantes da mata nativos da região. Estadia maravilhosa.

Equipe extremamente bem educada café da manhã de. Qualidade quartos ótimos tem esporte para todos os gostos bem localizado , silencioso e muito bem cuidado , o proprietário sempre está por perto é a segunda vez que fico lá depois de quase 15 anos só percebi melhoras . Voltaremos em breve

Gostei muito. Os quartos são amplos e confortáveis, roupa de cama e banho cheirosas. Ampla área de lazer, quadra de tênis de saibro, quadra de Beach tênis, Golf, piscina, etc.

Pousada com muitas opções de lazer (quadras muito boas de tênis de saibro e beach tenis, piscina, sauna e salão de jogos). Gostei muito do fato do hotel disponibilizar gratuitamente bicicletas. Existe um parque bem próximo da pousada muito bonito e excelente para um passeio de bike. Restaurante com boa opção de pratos e preço justo.
