Phi Phi Holiday Resort

以前叫holiday inn的時候，設施、服務還是很好的，自從換了經營者，改名叫holiday後，確實不太行，服務意識欠缺，女服務員普遍都有種不耐煩的感覺，設施陳舊可以理解，但是設施壞了也不維護，難以理解，希望經營者不要浪費這麼好的一片海灘。

Overall, my experience at Phi Phi Holiday Resort was quite enjoyable. The room I stayed in was very nice and clean, providing a comfortable space to relax. The highlight of my stay was definitely the private pool, which was not only fun to have but also offered a pretty decent view of the sea. As the resort is self-sufficient, there weren't many options for outside restaurants or shops. However, the restaurants within the resort were pretty good, although slightly expensive. The food they served was delicious, which made up for the higher prices. One minor inconvenience was the location of the rooms, as they required traveling by golf carts. However, the resort staff were quick to assist with transportation if needed. A simple phone call to reception and they would promptly drive you around the resort. The staff at Phi Phi Holiday Resort were friendly and helpful. They provided excellent service and were always available to address any concerns or requests. The public pool and beach areas were also stunning, adding to the overall beauty of the resort. In conclusion, my experience at Phi Phi Holiday Resort was positive. The room was great, the private pool was fun, and the staff were friendly. While the location was a bit inconvenient, the resort's amenities and beautiful public areas helped create a memorable stay.

Stayed for 2 nights in June 2023 as part of our honeymoon. We were upgraded to a Beach View Bungalow on arrival free of Charge which was a brilliant start to our stay. Staff were pleasant and helpful throughout and any issues we had they were on hand to sort quickly. Breakfast was ok, nothing exciting but done the job. Lunches & Dinner in general were again ok nothing to shout about but the view certainly makes up for this. Overall would come back to Phi Phi but stay elsewhere.

Bad boat transfer arrangement provided by the resort. My mom and I take the shuttle speed boat that provided by the resort into the island, the waves are so big. I completely understand that my travel period was a raining season in Thailand. In the speed boat, my mom and I is the only foreigner and the other passengers are all local. The boatman only provide life jackets to the locals but didn’t provide it to me. Secondly, we had paid extra for the speed boat transfer but there got no enough seats for us. Which my mom and I had to sit separately. Also, because the waves was too strong and my mom is a bit old, which the waves has hurt my mom’s back. She got a super bad backpain that night when we reach the resort. Thirdly, the outdoor bathroom is very dirty. I don’t think the staff has clean the bathroom. We also not satisfied with the indoor bathroom, the drain is blocked which when we take shower the bathroom are flooded. The staff there are friendly and kind. But they definitely not capable to solve our problems. I had bring up the speedboat problem to them the moment we reach the resort. However I didn’t get any response or any solution from them. Bad experience.

酒店的風景很好，大廳裝修的也很度假風。但是房間的設施非常老舊，房間裏面有股悶了很久的味道。傢俱、毛巾浴巾都是用過很久的。洗澡的花灑也不好用有點壞了。 自助早餐還可以，還會送一小時免費皮划艇。但是除了自助早餐，午餐晚餐都比島外物價翻倍。 個人感覺600多一晚的住宿體驗並不值得。房間衞生和設施跟國內的七天差不多……

We had a family trip to Phi phi Islands, we chose to stay at this resort and for sure we were fully satisfied. Great value for money. The location is amazing, the view from the bungalow is magnificent!

The hotel is located on the North Side of Phi Phi. The resort had all the basic facilities needed to survive for a couple of days.

太潮濕了，一股黴味，失望！

Highly recommended all the staff very friendly, only breakfast should improve lack more variety in the buffets
