Hotel céntrico, muy limpio y bonito.
Todo el personal es muy amable.
Las habitaciones tienen un buen tamaño y su decoración es fresca. La piscina maravillosa y con buenas playlist.
El desayuno es de 10, ¡todo muy rico!
Si volvemos a Phi Phi reservaré de nuevo este hotel
*Por la noche se escucha la música de las fiestas, mejor llevar tapones para los oídos

Excellent hotel, very clean and spacious rooms, unfortunately we were initially in two front bungalows which were very noisy at night due to night club down on the beach. Manageme t appologised and relocated to quiet rooms without delay.

We had a pretty decent experience staying here but we had a room at the back of the hotel looking onto the rooms of locals where one guy everytime we opened the curtain was basically looking into our room. The view was as seen in the pictures and the outside chairs seem that they haven't been changed in a very long time. I would definitely make sure to stay at a room near the pool or otherwise chose another hotel if I was to come back. The staff was always very friendly but the security guard made my girlfriend very uncomfortable flirting with here and making innapropriate comments while I used the bathroom at night. Everything else was fine.

Unable to sleep for 3 days. Extremely loud music past 2am, half broken and noisy AC. Staff is really friendly and helped change my room, but it was still quite loud. Very disappointed.

Hotel room was nice. The shower slightly luke warm.
Breakfast has good options and reception desk are helpful.
Exceptionally loud because it backs onto a beach club. Wouldn't recommend if you want a peaceful night of sleep

Amazing experience! Great room, breakfast was good, and perfect location. Close to the bars so music nearby is quite loud, but that didn’t bother us at all! but if this something that bothers you keep it in mind
