Obsługa tego hotelu była niesamowita. Nasz bagaż został odebrany i zabrany do hotelu z portu, a kierownik / pani w recepcji była bardzo miła, pomocna i entuzjastyczna i sprawiła, że czuliśmy się naprawdę mile widziani. Lokalizacja hotelu jest trochę daleko, mimo że jest małą wyspą, a wzgórze jest strome, ale nie powstrzymało nas to przed wyjściem lub cieszeniem się Phi Phi. Sprawiło to, że poczułeś się bardziej odosobniony, jeśli tego właśnie szukasz, a widok z basenu na plaży był niesamowity z kilkoma ładnymi, cichymi barami wokół, tylko nie w pobliżu centrum. Sam pokój był dość rozczarowujący, zapach był nieprzyjemny, w łazience był ogromny karaluch, a kiedy prysznic był włączony, światło w łazience migotało.

This hotel is the worst place I've ever stayed. When I got there, they put me in a smaller room without explaining why. After I complained to Trip.com, they moved me to the correct room the next day. The air conditioning and water in my room didn't work well. Sometimes, the shower barely had any water coming out. The area around the hotel is full of mosquitos, so you always need bug spray. The hotel is on a steep hill, making it tiring to get to your room. Also, loud music from nearby bars keeps playing until 4 am, which is really annoying if you're a light sleeper. Every room has these problems. If you don't have other options for a place to stay, I'd suggest cancelling your trip. This hotel shouldn't be listed on trip.com, and I wouldn't stay here again even if it was free.

Avoid, steps and hills from Hell. Jesus the music coming from the beach bars don't try sleeping until 3am. Hostel rooms, perfect for 18/30 £10 per night budget 👌. Booked two nights left after first night!

We were greeted by very warm friendly service & even had a free upgrade which was a pleasant surprise. Room was comfortable and the view of bay from our window was awesome. Free breakfast was delicious and the pool overlooking the bay was amazing!

Great views and lovely service. Would stay again. Loud music you can hear from beach at night and sometimes quite a few ants in room but expected in these kind of plces that are similar to summer houses/sheds.

Friendly staff with a gorgeous view from the pool area. The rooms are standard. Clean and does the job. But if you’re looking for something a bit fancy then not your thing

Hotel staff is so friendly and helpful. very nice people. Recommend for us better room with better view etc tell about Harbour. Wish them good luck only. Infinity pool is really nice!

Location was perfect and the pool view is ideal for the sunset. Shame about the rooms being together and can hear everything in other rooms. AirCon was unreliable and shower pressure affected lighting. A nice stay if planning to be out and about.
