This hotel offers cozy bungalows that are a real treat to stay in. Some of them boast stunning views of the bay, which was a highlight of my trip. The grounds are beautifully green and well-kept, adding to the overall charm. The hotel is perched on a slope, though, and in the heat, trekking up to your bungalow can be quite a challenge. One wild moment was when monkeys from the nearby forest climbed onto our balcony, scattered our stuff, and even left a mess on the sunbed! The staff were fantastic, always friendly and helpful. However, the music from the nearby bars was a major downside—it’s loud and makes sleeping tough. This place isn’t for a quiet retreat; it’s perfect for those who want to party at the discos until late!

Have a swimming pool, nice staffs. My favorite spot is a little balcony inside the room. So no mosquitoes but still can enjoy the view.

Got room D5 for a family of 3 adults. Very beautiful view of the sea and mountain from the outdoor pool. Large room with windows on 2 sides, 1 large bed and 1 small bed, electric kettle, refrigerator, 3 bottles of water (800ml each). Can see people walk pass on the street next to the resort. Large balcony. Room and resort are old, quiet, relaxing and good enough for a short stay. The bathroom needs a serious cleaning because it is old and has not been cleaned properly. The photo having large rocks is taken near the resort. On the left of our balcony is the beach where they have music and fire dance until late. I slept well because I’m familiar with loud noise. At home in Thailand, the Wat nearby has ceremonies with loud speaker very often.

We arrived not being able to be assigned a room due to faults in the hotel, the hotel tried their best to accommodate us in another location but it just wasn’t well looked after, the hotel needs an update. Pool was okay, the view was nice.

I received an email from Trip.com 3 minutes prior to check in that my reservation had been cancelled. We went to the hotel anyway because the entire island was booked with very little vacancy. The staff advised that the room we booked was unavailable- they had a room available but without AC, only a fan. We agreed to this room. Upon arrival it was at the very top of the resort, looked like it hadn’t been used since the pandemic and quite old and dusty BUT THE VIEW WAS AMAZING, so we stayed. The music at night from the beach is really loud, like REALLY loud. We advised the staff that the chair on our balcony was eaten by termites and broken, it was never replaced. We advised the railing on the balcony was broken and super dangerous, it was never fixed. We stayed 4 nights, and the room was not cleaned once or linens changed. Had we been given the room we originally booked, I think the stay would have been much better…

Just don't bother going. It's rank. I stayed 6 years ago and it was ok. I went this month I don't think it's been cleaned since I last came. Paid for a deluxe bungalow and was put in a shed next to a stinky sewer stream, I was then DOWNGRADED to a hotel room which was still vile. Blood stains in the bed, fridge door was filthy, mold everywhere. Every room vibrates from the beach clubs til 4am. I'm 30, I enjoy a slight bit of noise when I'm sleeping, I live in Magaluf so I'm far from fussy. Avoid this place at all cost. Especially if your taking kids. We moved to the Andaman resort, was the same price as this per night maybe a little cheaper, pool was bigger, room we're spotless and it was in a better area. I've left a review on trip advisor with the photos, as it won't allow me to upload my photos here. I'd be surprised if my review is accepted too because trip.com wasn't helpful in the slightest when I complained about it.
