Aby dostać się do tego hotelu trzeba być wysportowanym, lepiej nie przyjeżdżać z walizkami i plecakiem, bo droga jest bardzo kręta. w przeciwnym razie widok jest bardzo ładny, ale czystość pozostaje do życzenia.

Jestem chińskim turystą. Zameldowałem się 6 marca 2023 r. Nocny kelner miał bardzo słabe nastawienie do obsługi. Skupiał się tylko na rozmowach i piciu z zagranicznymi przyjaciółmi i całkowicie ignorował Twoją obecność. Czuję to, ponieważ nie możemy rozmawiać Angielska, mam wrażenie, że jest trochę dyskryminująca Chińczyków i to samo stało się następnego ranka. Przez cały proces rozmawiała z zagranicznymi przyjaciółmi, całkowicie ignorując Cię, gdy do niej dzwoniłeś i chciałeś zamówić śniadanie. Ona też zignorowała ciebie, ale jeśli zadzwoni białoskóry przyjaciel z zagranicy, ona natychmiast odpowie.

One of the best resort of my trip. The view on the bay is just wonderful. All of the staff is really kind and very professional. The access is not of the easier but they pick up our luggage so that’s just very nice to walk close to the see I will come back for sure thank’s a lot ♥️♥️

The view and friendly staff are really the only good things this property has. The location is off the beaten path and quite the climb. Would not recommend for anyone with children or elderly. AC was absolutely terrible. Felt like a legit sauna. Doesn't look at all like the photos. Rooms are mediocre at best. Not worth the price.

This was arguably one of the worst experiences I've had across the board. Where do I begin? Music plays loudly from the beach every single night between 6PM to 3AM. And I mean it's LOUDD.. To get to the resort, it's a trek. If you're older, this spot is not for you in any way. I'm 24 and it took a lot for me. You have to walk 1.2km, go down a hill, then up a hill along with stairs just to get there. It took me 3 times to ask them to fix the sink that would leak rapidly and get my feet wet. The customer service is not the most enjoyable aspect and they genuinely don't seem to be the most excited about their guests. The hot water in the shower wasn't working either. Lukewarm, often steering on the cold side. There were a lot of mosquitos.. EVERYWHERE. They got into my bungalow and me along with the other travelers had to find unique ways of surviving without getting attacked by them. Big beetles, lizards, and cockroaches showed up in my room several times. It got to the point where I just accepted it for what it was. I was booked for an entire week. Overall, the experience was a mess. The view is the only thing I can highlight from this trip.

If this was the only remaining accommodation left in Phi Phi I would advise to sleep on the beach or just don’t bother going. The smell of sewerage is unbearable. View obstructed by overgrown bush. Place is untidy with rubbish everywhere. 2 mile uphill through piles of garbage up and is just too far away to enjoy a short stay on what is otherwise a beautiful island. Not safe to be walking at night time. Staff were friendly and did give a hand to carry bags up the hill. Checked in and immediately looked for alternative accommodation. We had booked 3 nights. Offered owner to pay for the 1 and asked if we could have money back for the other 2 but they refused. Unfortunately had paid upfront on Agoda. Ruined what should have been a nice stay of our holiday in Thailand. Moved to Banyan Villa which was very nice and in a great location.

Établissement à fuir , réserver sur Airbnb ( 2 × le prix affiché sur place ...) , accueil froid, cela resemble à des conteneur de chantier aménagé, strict minimum, Baie vitré plein soleil, chaleur étouffante, extérieur en friche, discothèque très très bruyante , chemin d accès à revoir lol
