房間很好，前台還安排了一個海景房，還有一個房朝馬路有一點吵，兩次入住了，靠港口河邊很近，晚上散散步特別好！

酒店有連住不打掃的規定，但是提出打掃要求後反應慢，入住時被單不夠乾淨，其他方面還是不錯的，尤其是風景，相比市內酒店好，出行方面如果善於使用周圍公交還是比較方便的，好幾條公交站都在步行範圍內，當然公交要查好到達時間，以免等候太久

Could barely sleep make sure a wedding isn’t going on when you book! Elevator took 20 minutes each time. I even timed it.

We arrived later in the evening and everyone we interacted with was great. The valet, front desk staff, and especially the bartender were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet the next morning was better than expected also. Will stay here again next time we are in Philly.

Picked this place for the views of the river and city,
Having to take 3 elevators from parking garage to hotel lobby is annoying.
Room was cold although we set thermostat all the way to 80 in an attempt to warm it.
Coffee cup lids and desk area had a thick layer of dust on everything.
No room service available for dining options, and the restaurant in the lobby didn’t look very good with just sandwiches and other small plates.
Short drive to rivers ****** and good views.
Wouldn’t stay again.

for a luxury hotel in down town Philadelphia not having room service is pretty lame.

Great location and a nice hotel! Easy parking and very convenient to Philadelphia airport. Downtown Philly was a great surprise! Lots of history, good restaurants and definitely the city was revitalized! Great improvement in the city. Great to see!
