The entire floor including the bathroom was extremely dirty. It was obvious they didn't vacuum the floor. Most of the dirt was visible. I stepped on some nuts in the carpeted area. There was hair on the bedding. There was no hair dryer in the room, even though it was stated on the list of amenities. We asked the front desk/cleaning staff, but they said they weren't able to locate any. Hair conditioner in the pump in the shower was nearly empty. Cleaning cart was in the hallway all the time (day and night). We heard some loud noise like vaccum or polishing the floor from the hallway after 11 pm, which lasted about a half an hour. Breakfast supposed to begin at 6 am but they didn't even start to get items ready until 6:25 am. There was no variety of food/drinks (no fruits and the only tea they had was Lipton black tea). Tesla EV charger was inoperable. We were very disappointed with this hotel.

Check in and out were very easy. Hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming.
The hotel is rundown. Stained carpets everywhere including in my room. This gave the appearance of a low budget hotel. Bed was hard with lumpy pillows

The staff are so nice and committed to your comfort. Hilton, however, needs to renovate. The heat in our room broke down and the beds were stiff. The food wasn’t good either. The airport shuttle was very convenient.

The room was nice, however, the carpet was dirty with hair balls located in the bathroom and behind the entrance door. TV didn’t work and had to change room.

Bathroom sink plugged up. Something wrong with the shower. Loose tile came up from floor in front of toilet. Had to pay for water given free at other Hampton Inns.

Great Airport location and very convenient to the Stadiums. Friendly and hard working staff. We would recommend and will stay here again.
