Staff is wonderful, super helpful and kind. Very accommodating to our event and all of the attendees! Had wonderful, easy service throughout the whole weekend. The bed sheets had a prior stain. You can tell they were washed but it was an old makeup(?) stain… a little discomforting but everything else was up to par. The elevators seemed to give out fairly easy with constant use.
Overall had a great time, will be back!

Clean and comfortable. A slight noise complaint but once staff was informed, it was taken care of.

This hotel by far is the most comfortable place to stay. It's always clean, quiet there are so many floors it's hard to be bothered. The food is ok I don't think they have a chief however great place.

酒店位置很棒，離市政廳很近，到大部分景點都靠步行。離地鐵站近，費城市中心很漂亮乾淨，到達酒店時下大雨，看不到窗外景色。但安排的房間挺不錯很安靜。洗澡水也很大。

位置是黃金位置，但是可能是淡季，服務是真的不行。兩晚花費2k1。
早餐可能是性價比最低的喜來登了，就是大堂門口放了幾張桌椅，有國內一些百元快捷酒店的感覺，很不建議購買。
衞生：一般般，我房間的空調濾網上全是灰。

房間大，床舒服，空調自控温，沙發也很大，總之住宿所需各方面都很好。入住，結賬都很便捷，存行李也方便，位置也好，出門沒走幾步就是景點。
