Great place, spacious suite, well appointed, value for spend, friendly professional staff, centrally located. Only knock was housekeeping failed to empty trash underneath kitchen sink with stale smelling beer cans. Will return when in PHL and checkout other Roost locations.

Loved having my own little apar**ent in the center of Philadelphia. Easy access to many of the most interesting places in Philadelphia and easy access to the subway. Beautiful and comfy bedroom. Noise from the street barely noticeable. Fully functioning kitchen.

We booked this hotel based on price and location and got an excellent experience—way more than we had anticipated. The room was a nice size, the bathroom was huge, and the kitchen and washer/dryer were welcome amenities. The location was a short walk to many desirable restaurants, shops and activities. We found inexpensive parking two blocks away. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming. We could not have asked for more!

My daughter and I stayed in the Roost for a volleyball tournament. I had never been to one before, and was so surprised with the space. It was spacious and the furniture was comfortable. It was also within in walking distance of anything you might need. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone staying in the Philly area.

Perfect location to everything. Staff was wonderful super friendly and very accommodating. Our room was over and beyond what we expected it was wonderful. Very spacious and comfortable. Safe and secure

We loved our stay at roost! The room was very spacious and clean! Staff were very friendly and welcoming! The bed and pillows where super comfortable! Great location in the middle of Philly, not far to walk to shops etc! Highly recommend!!

We came in for a college tour and absolutely loved our stay here. Has everything you need and rooms are so adorable and so spacious. Great location and front desk staff was so friendly and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again! Felt like we had our own little apar**ent in Philly!

This was my first time staying at Roost Midtown and my experience was terrific. The professional concierge staff was friendly, responsive and gave me stellar service. My assigned room was clean; the minimalist interior design was highly desirable, and a huge bonus was the washer and dryer. This alone made my stay very convenient, because I was able to wash all my clothes before returning home - yes! My room had a beautiful indoor plant that is cared for by an affiliate parter and management will inform you when they are coming to water. In my opinion, the property is in a great location. I was on foot during my entire stay, because everything was in walking distance. There is a plethora of restaurants, shops and boutiques nearby. If you don't care to walk Uber and Lift will pick you up outside the front door. I was very impressed with Roost Midtown so much that I will seek out there properties first when traveling to other cities. I strongly recommend this property.

Room/apt was exceptionally clean; inviting space; safety was a premium - key entry to elevator and apar**ent; amenities provided allows for relaxing; cooking; taking care of laundry. We would highly recommend checking ROOST Midtown out for your visit to PHILLY!
