I love where hotel is located. It is a safe neighborhood and very accessible to many sightseeing places. The room was neat, clean and very nice conditions. I definitely would stay again!!!

The only issue we had was getting the code to work on the elevators and stairwells at times. We encountered other guests with the same issue. The room and hotel were very clean. The hotel has a very contemporary feel, which we appreciated. I would definitely stay at another Sonder hotel again.

No Kleenex in the bathroom. Room was very noisy - some sort of machine motor running all night.

The room was clean, coffee maker had issues, soap dispenser in shower broken, load outside and people walking on floor above.

+ coffee maker was super clean so tea didn’t taste like coffee, hold music at corp super cool
- extra firm bed, no real desk and chair to work, had to log in to neighbors Wi-Fi, shower drain very slow

We spent our honeymoon here and it was awesome. We love the code access to enter the buildings and room. Also the do it yourself aspect of the whole thing. Great, clean, and comfortable!
