Where do I start? We arrived as a group with several rooms booked. The ladies at the desk were eager to charge us for upgrades and we agreed to pay for double rooms which I am 100% sure we all had paid for already. We all went to our rooms. I found my room to smell so bad of sewage that I had to go back to reception to ask for a room change (which I have NEVER done) only to find all of my colleagues at the front desk doing the same thing or wanting to because they had broken windows, leaking bathrooms, lifts not working to their floor, or other people could use their cards on their door. We all got room changes to then go out for dinner. Upon return we were all nervous to go back to our rooms as there was not security. Then I had my girl colleague text to say others could still enter her room with their card so we did not sleep. Another colleague had drunk naked men knocking on their door trying to get in. Needless to say none of us slept, we had a big day of work the next day and struggled. The whole thing put a taint on our trip to Cambodia. I would put this on a blacklist for all travel agents and companies organising travel. I also feel the reception did nothing to try help the situation. Do not stay here!
