Very convenient for morning flight. Location is very close and easily to walk to the airport.

Absolutely basic room what is necessary for staying at night in a dry and closed place.
There wasn't electricity during the night, but maybe only that night...
If you need a hotel close to the airport in Phnom Penh, this is the best choice.

The hotel and service was good, but there were many cockroaches in room, they attack my luggage

It was hard to find the hotel because it's not being shown at google maps.
And the name of hotel is written in Chinese. Be careful abt it.
In general, it was good to stay there.

Location was good if you prefer to stay near airport. Overall the stay is great.

Only stay at this hotel if you need to sleep on a bed for a couple of hours. The location is perfect for an overnight layover. However, the hallway and room was a suffocating smell of cigarettes. The bathroom floor was covered in water and the walls were coming apart. Again, only stay in this hotel if you have less than 12 hours and need to stay close to the airport. Also, keep in mind the staff only knows Chinese or Khmer.
