The booking with Trip.com came like a breeze. It's customer support is also very responsive, and has arranged for my quick check-in upon arrival at Sun & Moon. I was quite disappointed with the Hotel as I was not granted a very late check-out, since my flight is still by midnight, the same time of my arrival 3 days before. But, it was a pleasurable stay overall, as I enjoyed the Well Spa after check-out, to while away sometime before leaving for the airport.

I checked in at 3am but when i received the key and open the room the electric is not working. I must waiting for 30 mins to check key card and electric. I dont know why the hotel before guest check in do not check the room first with 4 star hotel... Very bad experience for this hotel

Great service from staff. Rooms were clean and huge enough for me. Plus i got a free upgrade to a room with balcony. Breakfast was till 10:30am with a good spread of asian and western. Price for the rooms were pretty reasonable!

Modern and New property. The Service was super friendly and the Pool facility is amazing! The breakfast is rich and even offers authentic Chinese Options.

Absolutely love this hotel. Pool is nice over looking Tonle Sap river. The food at their restaurant is quite expensive tho. But it’s clean have amazing facilities.
