Seashells Phu Quoc Hotel & Spa

The hotel is located in the downtown area right next to the beach, so the location is excellent. The check-in starts at 3 PM, just like another hotel; however, there is no warm service, and the room booked from trip.com has been arranged on the lower floor. The results were noisy on the lower floor because we reserved an ocean view, and the hotel swimming pool is just below the balcony. So we asked to change the room to a higher floor after several negotiations with the receptionist and added additional costs. There are no highlights about the hotel facility and average five-star rating. We swim more by the swimming pool than at the beach because the seawater quality is not that good. For the morning breakfast, there are many options, but nothing outstanding. Overall, it's a good hotel.

recommend this hotel as the starting point to explore Phu Quc. good room size, fantastic view and short walk to night market. bath tub in the middle of the room is abit weird and inconvenient. limited privacy at balconies as your neighbouring room can peek into you.

- Location was good - Check in ambience and experience and staff were polite - Breakfast had tons of choices and selection to choose from - Bed was comfortable and towel were soft - Bad thing is that my stay was 3 days but 1st day there was a letter slot in my room indicate that 2nd day Aircon electric will cut off from 8am to 5pm but I tried called hotel front desk for Portable Fan on 1st day to prepare howeve there wasn't any fan available as children with priority comes first -.-" i also have elderly old people with me - The room became very very hot and Warm on 2nd day and we were left with no choice but to open our room door widely so to ventilate the air and no privacy for us people walk through corridor can see us - Room service food was definitely reasonable price and the food is delicious and nice - Tried to ask front desk why our bathtub water is always yellow and engineer came and guess what it seems like all room water is YELLOW - Lastly during our check out day we saw a BEDBUG is our ROOM! Did try to feedback to them during check out as well You can see the picture and to be frank this hotel is nice and location is good just that hope the tap water + cleanliness of the bed + room and drawing on the wall side could be clean and fix

It felt like a 4 star not 5 star resort. Staff was nice and breakfast was ok. I don’t like the coffee as they put sugar in already. Pool is very nice and long enough to do lap swimming. Free bus to hotel and airport which saves hassle. The room with beach front view is beautiful but I had to pay another $46 to upgrade! Well .. it was worth it.

This place was way better than expected! A great location, they have bike rentals available, free airport transfer (and if your flight is extra early like ours, they even pack your breakfast for you! it saved us). The staff are helpful...only weird thing is we had to wait until 15h to check-in :( But many things to do around. Try the EGG coffee at AROMA coffee around the corner. U don't need plan ahead - the staff can recommend good things to do around the island. many diving and day tours available. GET SEAVIEW with Bath ! :D PS go to Khem beach for the real vibe.

We loved our stay here, and our Ocean View room is amazing. Good location, just walking distance to Nite Market woth lots of shops. The hotel breakfast is so yummy with lots of selection. Highly recommended!

Hotel is located near to night market. Pool is ok, but beach is small. Breakfast spread is ok.

Incredible stay at Seashell which I will stay again when I go back to Phu quoc! Amazing pool and service.
