Premier Village Phu Quoc Resort Managed by AccorHotels

Zarezerwowałem ten hotel, aby cieszyć się ostatnią deską ratunku w ramach mojej podróży, ale jestem bardzo rozczarowany, że nie mogłem w pełni cieszyć się hotelem z powodów osobistych, więc planuję odwiedzić go ponownie następnym razem. Wspaniale było, że w lesie był jeden dom i że była to willa z prywatnym basenem, z której mogły korzystać rodziny. Gorąco polecam, jeśli chcesz zjednoczyć się z naturą~~ Teren hotelu jest duży, więc jazda buggy była trochę niewygodna, ale dawała tyle samo frajdy, co przejażdżka po wesołym miasteczku.

Kiedy się pierwszy raz meldowałem, drzwi wejściowe były zepsute i chciałem zmienić pokój, ale za każdym razem, gdy wychodziłem i wracałem, drzwi były problemem. Po trzecim razie się zepsuły, chciałem wymienić, ale kiedy to usłyszałem odpowiedzieli następnego dnia, rozzłościłem się, zostawiłem tak, jak jest i zastąpiłem innym hotelem. Wydaje się, że problemy z obiektem wymagały natychmiastowej reakcji, a nie reakcji kierownika. Czystość pokoju też nie była zbyt czysta.

Lokalizacja jest bardzo daleko od miasta, więc wyjazd z miasta z kurortu kosztuje dużo.Wszystko inne było w porządku, z wyjątkiem tego, że było daleko od miasta.(Ach! Jeśli chcesz wezwać wózek , najlepiej zadzwonić około 10 minut przed wyjściem~~!) Śniadania były bardzo urozmaicone i smakowały wyśmienicie. Podobała mi się higiena pokoju, a pościel była czysta i ładna.^^ Basen jest ładny i dostępne są różne zajęcia, takie jak joga w wodzie. Myślę, że warto wziąć w tym udział!!

Suszarka do włosów jest naprawdę kiepska w użyciu… Ale obsługa i środowisko są całkiem miłe!

Był to wyjazd rodzinny z udziałem dzieci. Personel był przyjazny, a willa była bardzo piękna i ładna. Jednak dotarcie w pobliską okolicę nie jest łatwe, a lokalizacja sprawia wrażenie całkowicie odizolowanej, ponieważ można poczuć się jak w górach. Zamówiłem i zjadłem grilla w willi, a atmosfera była naprawdę miła~~^^

Luksusowy hotel! Chciałbym pojechać jeszcze raz, ale lokalizacja jest zła.

I traveled to Bãi Khem, Phu Quoc in February and liked it so much that I visited again after 3 weeks. I was a bit concerned about Premier Village because I thought it was a just calm resort better suited for large families rather than couples. But in conclusion, it was a very fun and active resort. The moment I entered the beachfront pool villa, which is located 1 minute away from the swing bar and the boat dock that runs free of charge from the resort's private beach to Sunset Town, I was amazed by the refreshing sea view. The private pool was clean and spacious, and the rooms on the second floor were in excellent condition. It was good. Even though both the 1st and 2nd floors have large ceilings, the air conditioner was strong enough to make it cold. It was convenient to have a refrigerator as well as ice in the freezer and a water purifier. What was great was that I could install the app using a QR code and immediately convey my requests through a chat service, so buggy and water bus reservations and room service were all convenient. In particular, the pretty and kind Butler ‘Mong Tuyen’ was very helpful as she helped me with many things. (I was having trouble working because I left out my laptop cable accessory, but she even found an electronics store on Phu Quoc Island where I could buy a connection cable~) Corallo Restaurant didn't have much on the menu, but every single one of them was delicious. The best moment was having beer and a Wagyu burger at Swing Bar, boarding a boat reserved for 8pm at the dock right next door, arriving at Sunset Town in the pleasant night breeze, watching the fireworks, and returning. It was so fantastic that there was an accommodation 1 minute away from the dock where we arrived by boat after playing to our heart's content. The eastern sea has clear water, lots of cute fish, and a wide sea where you can ride a paddle boat. The King's Well, which is steeped in legend, is actually a place where the sea and a sacred freshwater well are connected. It was nice to come here and get a lot of energy. We plan to visit again!

Super week at the Premier village. After an initial mixup with the booking we enjoyed a really nice stay at the resort. Friendly helpful staff, tasty fresh food with a wide variety of choices.
