Otrzymałem e-mail z potwierdzeniem rezerwacji i wziąłem taksówkę do miejsca zakwaterowania, ale drzwi były zamknięte. Powiedzieli, że są zamknięte ze względu na sezon wakacyjny. bez wcześniejszego kontaktu. Obsługa jest naprawdę zła. Wydaje się, że jest to przypadek, którego nie można spotkać w Korei haha Zapłaciłem tylko za taksówkę i nie otrzymałem jeszcze zwrotu hahaha

The resort has alot of potential with an exclusive beach, swimming pool and eloquent rooms (some with great views). Breakfasts are great. The manager was good and takes pride in the resort, however when he was not around in the afternoons and evenings service was rare and hard to find. You have to actively go look for restaurant staff to place an order or pay. The restaurant could be alot more profitable if staff actively removed plates and asked clients if they could get them anything e.g dessert, drinks. They charge a service fee, but with little service.
It advertises a gym, but equipment is in disrepair, they should not advertise facilities which are not functional.
There is not much around the resort in terms of restaurants, bars and shops. It is also not an easy location to get to, but yet we found the reception unhelpful in getting transport.
All in all the resort could be great, but service needs to be improved.

Amazing place to spend a couple of relaxing days. The location is perfect for retreat; abit away from the center but they offer motorbike for rent at a good price. The Staffs were really attentive, they do speak English

It's quiet and suitable for those who like to chill at the pool or hang by the beach like us. Hotel's staff is very helpful and friendly. Definitely enjoyed our short stay at this resort!

Spent our last day on the island here, it was exactly what we needed. The bungalow is lovely, looking over the lake. We got all the space and privacy we were after. Hope to come back for our next visit :)

Cute bungalow and friendly staff. The beach is clean. Definitely recommend this resort to those who like to stay away from the crowd and need a quiet getaway!

We had such an amazing stay at Chez Carole, highly recommended!The staffs are so friendly, helpful and attentive. we got upgraded to the beautiful bungalow with beautiful view. The setting of the resort is perfect, restaurant with a great variety of vietnamese and western choices and the beach bar is amazing with a small island to see the sun setting. the pool is superb. If you are wanting to get away from the hustle, this is the ideal place! The whole resort has a calming, laidback feeling. it was really relaxing, we did not want to leave
