住的是一樓直通泳池的房間，1千多一晚，但房間衞生設施真的不配這個價位。廁所地漏一直返臭，住兩天薰兩天；淋浴間地面牆面也是臟乎乎。我們住酒店對細節不是特別挑剔，實在是感覺被坑到才來吐槽。
不建議花那麼多錢定這個，也許幾百塊住高層房間會更好吧。酒店服務也比較一般，早上打掃衞生後沒有添加新的茶包，打電話去前台要，還不相信，很久後派了一個服務生拿了幾個皺巴巴的茶包、咖啡包送到房間，一看就是不知臨時從哪兒拼湊的。不過有一説一，酒店內部環境尚可，泳池挺大，水也乾淨。出門離海灘也近。總之，幾百塊住一下性價比可以，再貴就沒必要了。

酒店除了泳池漂亮，其它沒有值得推薦的地方，早餐非常一般，沒有什麼東西吃，房間洗手間非常臭，房間發黴的味道很重，床不軟，水一天兩支，超出兩支要收費，冰塊也收費，客房早上七點就開始打掃衞生，特別吵，吸塵器噪音持續到中午十二點，叮叮噹噹水瓶子的聲音，沒有辦法睡覺，小孩放在床上的髮夾也給丟了，布吉酒店的服務都不怎麼樣，泰國人衹對**眉飛色舞的，**，下次不會選擇這間酒店。

差評！差評！差評！我們是在攜程定的房間，6歲小朋友到了後需要加床（130人民幣）或者加早餐費100元（人民幣）1天！第一晚我們住的3樓，因為三樓一半的房間在裝修，可想而知噪音有多大，所以我們給前台反應了，給我們換到了7樓。7樓房間我們是上午進去的沒問題，吃了午飯睡了午覺起來後，地面全是水珠，對！水珠，鏡子起霧，我們以為是空調設定原因，所以下午出去玩前開窗、通風，想着回來就幹了，沒想到晚上回來後地面也是滑的，我們給前台反應，前台馬上讓2個工人拿着梯子進來看了一下，酒店經理説是我們開窗的原因！不給我們換房！一整個無語死！説要不又回到3樓噪音房！要不關窗再試一晚上，我們硬生生的在那麼潮濕的環境下住了一晚！！！被子都是潤的，真是體驗感極差！第二天早上依舊，我們再次找到酒店經理，給我們換了個6樓的房間，房間沒有潮濕問題。酒店除了泳池非常的棒，小朋友很喜歡，早餐還算豐富，房間衞生就不太理想、這個處理問題的能力真的無語！

Started off really well until my friend had a medical emergency and needed help! I begged the hotel to call and get help from the nearest hospital and they refused.
I googled and finally got in touch with first responders to come and help.
I might have shouted like a crazy person BUT I received no support from them or their staff.
After I was accused of not explaining the situation to then otherwise they would’ve called.
Could be a great place if they start putting in the extra work and become a more helpful and cheerful crew.

Good staff. Also, Good Location as it is close to Bangla Road and the Patong Beach.
Check in requires Bhat 3000 Cash as deposit or USD 100. I used USD100 as deposit.
The Deluxe Bookings gives you the new block and new rooms- the standard bookings give you substandard side that is old and not new. I only found this out at check in. My Room was Andaman Deluxe Twin.
Gym is good. I did not have breakfast.

Ожидания, к сожалению, оказались завышенными. Постоянно проблемы с напором воды. В номере уже напрашивается легкий косметической ремонт, обновление мебели и консоли управления кондиционерами. И два маленьких шкафчика без полок для семейного номера с двумя спальнями - это катастрофически мало (
Детский бассейн был в иле.

We had booked this hotel for our anniversary trip.only good thing about hotel is that it is near to patong beach else nothing is good about this hotel. Firstly, they will take deposit amount as 3k baht which is too much.(we didn't pay this much deposite amount in our entire 10 days trip including 5 and 4 star hotels). then room was not clean at all it had stains on pillow, bedsheet and very very basic room. Then bathroom shower had fungus on it. It had some smell. You can listen the noise if someone in adjacent room flushing in bathroom. Seems hotel is very old and it needs quick renovation. And the last imp thing breakfast - they served very cold breakfast and that too not upto the mark

The water temperature is very very unstable, suddenly very cold then suddenly very hot, the baby can’t even take a normal bath at all! Told the hotel several times, they seemed to know the problem already but nothing they could do, just keep sending staffs to the room and “teach” us how to adjust the water when it becomes cold or hot, but that’s just ridiculous!

1. toilet paper was used by the last person -- blistered, with yellow marks.
2. the air conditioner is broken. Asked the customer service but it was not fixed. Set 27 degrees, but 19 degrees at night. Three days without air conditioning
3. the shower is broken. Suddenly there is no water in the shower, and then wait 1 minute for water to come again. The water is hot and later very cold
4. old hair dryer
5. the bathtub is so high that it is dangerous to come down every time when take shower
