It was a very beautiful and relaxing stay. We had the Senses Suite which came with a jacuzzi and ample room space with living hall, balcony etc. The staff was also very helpful and friendly. Everything is good except for the location which was quite far from the beach as the place is located on a hill top. Nevertheless this is compensated with a complimentary shuttle service which goes to Patong beach and shopping mall, Jungceylon.
By foot, you will need 15-20 minutes to walk but by car, about 8 minutes. The swimming pool is huge and very beautiful overlooking the sea and town.
Overall it was a really good stay.

the location is good, close to patong town center, even though the hotel provides limited shuttle bus service, you can still walk to town center easily.
the breakfast is good enough for a 4/5 star hotel.
the swimming pool is a highlight, boundless + seaview & 24 hour.
there is a gymroom & children area but very very small.
The biggest defect of the hotel is they choose grey as the main color of almost everything in the rooms, bedsheets/towel/quilt even the floor, which will give guests a feeling that everything is old & dirty.

The hotel location was super convenient, just 10 mins walk to Big C and the beach. Hotel restaurant served wide variety of in-room dining food with reasonable price. Service of the staff also excellent they kept smiling and tried their best to satisfy our request.

Nice hotel up on hill with beautiful view of Patong beach, reasonable size swimming pool with bar, food was nice, the room was very spacious thou a little outdated imo, there is a transportation buggy cart to
Take you up and down hill if you don’t feel like walking as it is pretty steep. The bed was hard like most beds in Thailand and the pillows very uncomfortable for me.
Overall I give a rating of 7/10

Unfortunately i found the rooms to be too dark at night

The hotel is away from the chaos in Patong and on the hill. The view from our villa is quite nice. Only complaint is that the room is not quite clean and a bit old.
