Very crowded property - lots of children and families. Clean and safe but units are quite small. Don’t expect to cook your dinners in your unit because there are no real grocery stores where you can purchase meat, fish and vegetables. We bought enough cereal and fruit so we could have breakfast and that was it.

Nice apartments with 3 shallow, well kept pools. Bit of building work close by, nothing to get upset about, be finished soon. Predominantly Russian guests, but English widely spoken. Very close to the beach, with a huge selection of restaurants and bars, you can dine on the beach. Ten minute drive from airport, but no aircraft noise.

This place is the last place you want to stay for a Thailand holiday, it has construction work going on from 7.30am till 8.00pm at night and it’s loud, there is no way you can lie out beside any pool without hearing it - and no agent is going to tell you this AVOID AVOID AVOID, I would add photos but no photos are going to let you hear the noise, it’s less than 80 foot away !!

This was the best place for our vacation in Thailand! We have had absolutely no problem, the personal was really nice and generous, the pools were amazing and specially apartment super clean. Almost every day we rented bikes and beach towels for free. The landscape of resort was wonderful, everything clean. To the beautiful Naiyang beach we were walking about 5 minutes from hotel. In the town Sakhu is also every second day big market. Other big towns in Phuket Island as Patong or old town Phuket are cca 30 km far.

Мы остались очень довольны, жили здесь целый месяц. Нам было важно снять квартиру с кухней и чтобы в комплексе были басейны. У нас 3е детей, и мы были счастливы что остановились в этом месте. Тихо, спокойно, 5 бассейнов на выбор и 6й на крыше. Если не шли на море, то купались в кондо Тайтл. Бассейны чистые. Мы жили в корпусе С, нет запаха плесени, сырости, все чисто и свежо. До моря 7 минут, нужно идти по тротуару, там ездят байки. Мы справлялись и нам это не мешало. Пляж Най Янг подходит для детей, потому что пологий и там много деревьев, можно спрятаться в тени от солнца. Мы даже не брали в аренду лежаки, так много места под деревьями. В окрестности много магазинов, кафе. До развлечений нужно ехать в центр острова на такси, мы вызывали через приложение, в аренду машину не брали. Есть ночной рынок, в 30 минутах ходьбы от Тайтла, мы ходили там покупать креветки, фрукты. В окрестностях много магазинов где можно купить свежие фрукты мы их много ели Рекомендую этот комплекс семьям с детьми, вы не пожалеете. Он очень классный. Возле некоторых бассейнов есть тень от деревье и солнце, рядом с каждым бассейном есть туалет. В комплексе есть спорт зал и сауна.

Très beau appartement , bien entretenu, personnels très respectueux et bienveillant. Emplacement idéale car il y a pas mal de restos aux alentours. Plusieurs piscines toujours bien entretenu, aire de jeux pour les plus petits et un restaurant pour manger en amoureux.

Achtung hier werden 400 neue Wohnungen gebaut. Dementsprechend ist der Baulaerm. Tagsüber wird furchtbar laut gearbeitet. Es werden jede Menge spunt waende geschlagen. Es schallt furchtbar in die Zimmer. Am Pool kann man nicht liegen. Das dürfte noch ca 2 Jahre gehen.

Excellent séjour dans cet appartement très bien situé, à quelques minutes de l'aéroport et à une dizaine de minutes à pied de la belle plage de Naiyang. L'appartement est très confortable, propre, fonctionnel et très bien équipé, dans une résidence calme et très bien entretenue. Plusieurs petits commerces à proximité ainsi que des restaurants et street food près de la plage. Nous tenons à remercier Nate (qui parle français) pour son accueil chaleureux, sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité.
