I will never recommend this villa. The water in the room is yellow and the location is extremely inconvenient! The food is rubbish and it is never refill😂😂😂😂 I saw many foreigners go there and just eat cold bread and sausages with a disappointed face. 金玉其外敗絮其中！

Gutes Hotel im nirgendwo! Sauber guter Service. Aber für das nächste gute Restaurant oder ähnliches leider mit dem Auto oder Roller 15 Minuten fahren. Phuket town 15 Minuten ca. entfernt. Dort wo das Hotel ist, ist tatsächlich nicht viel außer dem Hotel. Das Hotel ist guter Standard mit poolzugang vom Zimmer halt sehr gut.

The rooms are lovely and all have a swim up pool which is great. Only issue is that it’s overlined by trees so you’ll be swimming with leaves and insects. I’d suggest they have it cleaned throughout the day, which should be possible given the hotel is generally quiet. Atmosphere wise, there is none. It’s like a ghost town - no room service, restaurant had not a single soul inside of it (couldn’t even find the staff) - I went to order and everything was ‘out of stock’ so okay had fries lol Location is pretty far out from the main town, even my bolt driver got lost - so in terms of food options I just didn’t bother eating dinner or else it’s a cab drive into town as there is nothing on your doorstep. Staff were nice though which was great. My suggestion, would be for them to try and bring some buzz into the place - welcome drink, get some music, actually have the empty bar stocked and open to encourage guests to come out if their rooms. Otherwise it can end up feeling eerily empty. The cleaning service also was not great, when I came back I found outside of new towels the cups etc from the night before had still been left. Overall, rooms are nice but would suggest for like a maximum 2 night pit stop.

在普吉住得最舒服的一個酒店，所以後麪幾天直接續住了，非常適合家庭或者三五好友一起，性價比很高，環境優雅，服務員很友好，房間乾淨，從卧室出去就是泳池，度假特別舒服。女孩子多帶幾套漂亮衣服，非常出片，強烈推薦！

酒店很乾凈，有泳池和健身房可以使用，衞生條件也不錯。房間設施較新，安靜，拉開門就是泳池。總之很推薦！

The hotel is amazing cuz of its quiet location. Staff is super friendly. Rooms are clean and got everything u need it it. If u like quiet location or want an escape place in Phuket than u definitely should try this resort

We stayed only 3 nights but it was amazing. For location,not good Cleanliness,service quality,staffs everything good Also pool is good Restaurant is good

One of the worst stays I have had. The grounds, the cleaning team and the pool are the only good things here. Manager is awful and treats anyone who is not Chinese like they don't matter. Guests services and experience are the worst I have ever experienced. Location: in a shabty town, miles away from anything, 15 minute walk to the nearest convenience store. Shuttle: Advertised as three times a day but is often canceled so the airport can charge for airport pickups. Expect to pay at least 600 baht a day for return taxis if you want to go anywhere. Taxis sometimes take 45 mins to accept a booking because the location is so remote. Restaurant: Worst experience of my life. Awful service and terrible food. I got food poisoning on day 2 of my holiday. Never more than 2 or 3 people here each evening, probably desperate as there is nothing else around. Expect to spend most of your holiday eating from a vending machine if you do not wish to pay out for taxis. Staff: Cleaning team were awesome. Everyone else including the manager and reception team were lazy and rude. No clue about guest experience, just saving any pennies they can. Awful team. After making complaints and then talking to Trip, the manager lied and told trip no complaints had been made! So unprofessional. Bar: Always empty. Barman supposed to be there from 7.30pm. No consistency, some days he turns up past 9pm. Rooms: clean and spacious but huge issue with ants invading. I found them in my bed. Pool: warm and mostly clean, someone pulls the leaves out each day. By day 5 of my stay, there was a thick green scum on the bottom of the pool. Atmosphere: non existent. It's like staying in a ghost town. Never see anyone except coach loads of chinese arriving and then going to their rooms. I will never return to this hotel. Poor guest experience here!
