優點：
1.無邊泳池看海景很棒，視野開闊。
2.房間直通的泳池，晚上安安靜靜的遊個泳很舒服。
3.酒吧和餐廳物價還可以，比較正常，溢價不高。
4.我們的航班是晚上，酒店給我們安排了淋浴房，走之前可以沖把澡。
5.酒店服務通過掃碼可以下指令，彌補了英語口語不好的問題。
6.前台服務人員有個非常漂亮的小姐姐會説中文，簡直是幸福。
7.皮划艇的服務人員很nice，耐心教學。
缺點：
1.早餐，實在是，太太太太太難吃了！！！全是蒼蠅，也沒有服務人員驅趕。反正我們是一口吃不下去。
2.總體來説服務比較“剋制”，雖然沒有對比那麼明顯，但是還是能感覺到對白人的態度更熱情。
3.床單有點臟，還好我帶了一次性四件套，

Came here because of the good view. We checkin during heavy downpour, there is no shelter and hotel park their own car in front of the entrance. We have few luggages and there are no staff helping us even though they have umbrellas at the entrance. We are wet from top to bottom and they did not offer a towel until I request one. No welcome drink given for us whereas other guests have. I give two star for the service because the trainee from the front office is quite helpful and introduced the room features to us which is the only plus point.
There are no lifts in this hotel. If you are staying at the sea view room, it’s about 6-storey staircase from your room to breakfast place.
They give us a room with one king size bed and a small bed. We did not request for the small bed and there are no sofa in the room. I knocked to the bed legs twice during the stay. Room deco is good but did not maintain well. The view from room is good.
The beach looks nice when is high tide but become horrible when low tide that has a lot of rock and glass bottles.
Breakfast is limited for a five star resort and they replenish quite slow.

It was amazing hotel, calm, quiet and beautiful areas. They’ve provided beach chairs, activities and safety for customers. I went here twice and for sure I will be back. I love this hotel and highly recommend!!!

The resort is amazing located on Panwa cape who’s want to stay quiet place, beautiful beach and enjoy activities I recommend My beach resort. This was my twice time to stay here and for sure I’ll be back to stay here.

I love my beach Panwa. if you are looking for peaceful and tranquility place, here is absolutely perfect.
I booked mountain view room but due to the day checked in has sea view room so the friendly staff upgrade for me automatically.
The room looks chic & modern with all facilities we need and the jacuzzi settle at the balcony to indulge the stunning Cape Panwa beach. The staff is super friendly. They gave free ice-cream :) and many activities to enjoy and i happy with kayaking to explore the area.

The beach room are hugh for the premium sea view. But location wise is very far from airport. Minimart and other restaurant need to wake quite a distance away. The service is good but when we return at 4pm from our sea hopping trip, the room is still not done up yet. The restaurant at hotel serves good breakfast but room service is not 24hrs.

Sehr guter Service und Gesamteindruck des Hotels
Wäre wünschenswert wenn das Personal auf gewisse Weise auf die Erscheinungsweise einiger Hotelgäste hinweisen sollte, das in einem 5 Sterne Hotel keine Flip Flop oder Badesachen zum Frühstück passen.
Ansonsten reibungsloser Ablauf des organisatorischen...
